- basically the same thing i did with Thriller Gen but a bit less noticeable cuz while the og Thriller Gen lack a lot of mixing, Trinity was a bit more refined, still there's always room for improvement, this was much trickier than Thriller Gen since it has way more elements and sections that require different adjustments, i know it's far from perfect but i'm just trying to train mixing a bit 👍
again this is not to replace the og version, it's more of an alt that i think might be better to listen to. while different from Thriller Gen i wouldn't mind replacing Trinity, since i don't think it has the same specifc "aura" that Thriller Gen have, it's just that i'm not planning for any future updates to the mod

This is such a leap forward from the original, not to downplay how good the original was too. The additional changes to each section making them feel more unique and different than one another yet still sounding completely cohesive together is top tier, gotta say im a big fan of it

I know it's not actually seen in this video, but I love how Sonic.exe's sprites just seem so...Sonic-like. From the funky idle to the little nose-wipe thing CD Sonic did, it just makes me happy.

A question I've been wondering about is what Rewrite's trinity could represent, if anything at all. Though I have some theories.
- The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit (Sonic.exe, Lord X, and Majin)
- Past, Present, and Future (Majin, Sonic.exe, and Lord X, with the first two fusing because the original creepypasta is a decade old)
- They were in V1 of vs. Sonic.exe
I'm probably looking into it too deep though.

Its representing the Rewrite Lore of the game "changing" as you replay it over and over.
This remix can be considered the same cool alternative version as Thriller Gen one. Still, utau chromatics would fit much better here, especially with the coolest Rewrite voicelines, but I also liked the part before the words, where in the trembling vocals of Rewrite, some kind of feigned friendliness, impatience is more felt.
but he still said "Let's play a game, you can choose your favourite thing, this cliche never dies, you can't run and you can't hide"
yeah i liked the utau chromatics on the lyrics part more than this chromatic (i still cant get the bobebapbebap after rewrite first speaks out of my head)
Personally wasn't the biggest fan of the Utau vocals, but I'm glad there are two different versions for people to enjoy
This version is much clearer, but the original vocals felt more shaky which actually made this hit way harder.
The ending sounds truly amazing thank you for this it sounds amazing I am grateful I Didn't know it can get better
Something I notice from your songs is that you add some voice cracks for the vocals, It's not bad, it adds some of it's... IDK how to say it... it's own touch. It makes the song even better because a lot of FNF songs doesn't have voice cracks and I think this makes it feel a bit unreal, your songs fixes that, it feels that they are singing for real this time, it adds some struggling to the voices and I like it. The song is cool anyways!

I like the alterations here! The bf vocals are nicer throughout, though I have to say in my opinion, in the section where Rewrite's lyrics kick in, bf's vocals were *unmatched* in the original version, the different chroma you used had a real sense of *fear* that fit really well, whether intentionally or not. That's just my two cents, good stuff all around, dude :>
I've always loved the fact that despite being able to completely rewrite the game, Rewrite can't appear as 2 characters at once so it has to merge Xeno ans Majin into 1 to be able to use them both.

I feel like the Unholy Trinity kinda works here too,
The Devil, The Antichrist and The Beast kind of work with Majin, Sonic.exe and Lord X respectively, at least name-wise imo

I really like Rewrites vocals in his first part in this version, something about them seems off and, pained almost. As if he wanted more but knows that since he is stuck in this world all he's got is himself, maybe im looking too far into it but he seems strugglesome in the one and I love it.

I like most of this but I think the original BF vocals for the first-person stretch left a much bigger impact. They sounded a lot more panicked and frantic, especially after the otherwise playful and relaxed chromatic used in the rest of the mod, fitting after Rewrite has just broken the rules and messed everything up.
i feel like the part at 4:34 was a bit too soft here, the original utau vocals really hit those rough notes giving that bit a more energetic feel, but still this is a great remix, 8/10

Ngl, while in Thriller Gen it's true that the UTAU vocals were better for Thriller Gen, smth about Trinity with the og BF vocals just makes the song better overall. Could just be me tho, this remix bangs a ton regardless and honestly prefer it to the original in most aspects
