How many hours do you run your filter or have you converter I feel like the one it comes with don’t work too well. I have tried looking up many videos but I have Noh came across one for the poly group summer waves filters ??
Great product bought for my friend and she loves it. Very easy to blow up (3 mins top) links to the outside tap well. Takes about 2 hours to fill but can’t complain about that. The product when I bought it was supposed to be out of stock until early June, and it came about 10 days before that. So very fast shipping. Would recommend
Oh hell naw. Why are people being so extra just to keep this inflatable pool clean? It’s not a real pool and I see people putting like, 100 filters, plug a crap ton of stuff in, and they water bills gonna be high as fudge! If my pool kids dirty I’m just dumping that shiz out I swear.😂😂😂
this pool is a great pool. 1st off it was 48 bucks and came with a pump and filter. yeah I admit the pump could be a little more powerful but it does keep the pool pretty clean. 2nd on the pool and in the manual actually everywhere it says if you need help call thier 800 number. 3rd the pool is great for smaller spaces and to cool off in. I live in Arizona and it was 114 here yesterday and is going to be 119 today. The pool is the perfect size to fit under a camping sun shade so the sun isn't beating down on it. The water stayed on the cool side yesterday in that awful heat. 4th the pool is made very well for the price. my 2 dogs had thier paws up on the side with thier nails from thier paws on the plastic ring and no mark, no hole. didn't pop. 5th remember any pool has to be on level ground. If a plastic pool like this is not on level ground it can either collapse from to much water on one side or the seam will break. Finally dont have shoes on you don't when you are smoothing out the wrinkles in the bottom of the pool. the lining can rip and its easier being bare foot. You need to start from the middle of the pool and work your way to the sides with only an inch or 2 of water in the pool. this pool is awesome for 48 bucks!! so easy to set up. the company and customer service is great. I couldn't be happier. remember people. If you have a problem the pool was 48 bucks and the company stands behind thier products. have fun in your new pool!!

this has happened to ours and everyone els I know of who owns this brand. as stated any kind of petroleum based product will work as grease. I actually used cherry vasoline lip balm because it's all i could grab after springing a leak first use. after that it hasn't leaked since. vasoline works wonders 😉👍
Hi PaulaI am not sure on the dogs puncturing it easily it is thick and tough but as dogs go if they really want im sure they could tear it up .on the power it has a groung fault plug and should be plugged into a wall outlet. The pump does not need to run all the time its recommended for about 3 hours a day to maintain a pool of this size.
yes there is a drain plug it allows you to put a garden hose on it and run the water to the street etc. Or just open it and drain by the pool what ever works best for you .

Sweeteverydr0p I don't know how that could be unless you bought a completely different model then what's shown here. There should have been another box within the main box that contained the pump. Just bought one last week and thats how mine came.
I just got one but im little confuse with the pump and hoses....now the way you havedisplay on the video is it on left out right in... or the other way around. I have right hose in and left hose out hook to the filter pump.I don't feel suction on the out pump should their be any suction.and should I get 1 inch chlorine tablets for the filter pump.I could use a little help.
the higher port is the intake from the pool to the pump the lower outlet is the outflow to the pool it does not matter which side you hook up to really .I used a chlorine float with 3" tablets i cant recommend putting tablets in the pump as this would probably be bad for the moving parts in it.good luck and enjoy its easy as pie once you do it and get used to it.
+jeff wen thanks for fast reply is that all you use the float device or other products. the manual says you could add a 1 inch tablet on top of the filter top were you release the air. ill take your word this manual are so incorrect at times it said that the pump uses a C type filter....and it came with a D type filter. Shaking my head. Should i purchase ph balance and anti algae products as well.
hi i bought one of those water testing kits with tubes i really like it and i also bought a pool startup kit with all kinds of supplies off of ebay the tablets in the pump would probably be ok if thats what the manual says i forgot the moving parts are not in contact with the filter area. just clean your filter carefully with a hose and yes i would get algeacide as it can get slippery once the algae starts if you dont do the regular maintanence . i learned alot from other youtubers .
+jeff wen not at all. put the tablets right into the pump through the top cap. states this right in the instructions. there's no way it can get into the impeller. the filter has a screen at the mid point so it can't go any further. I throw granular chlorine in mine without any issue. pumps are made to take a percentage of debris. chlorine should not be an issue.

Yes. The filter should be on at all times. There's no working parts for kids(or anyone) to hurt themselves with. Of course, there should be some kind of adult supervision so no one picks it up an toss the unit into the pool but even then the breaker will shut off the electricity. The only mechanical part is the pump which simply draws the water in, brings it through the filter, and puts it back into the pool. Easy peasy.
No it is reccommended to not use the pool when the filter is on Otherwise it is your choice 😇☺ I have the same pool with dimensions 18ft x 48in i do not use it when the filter is on regards -Muskan
It generally takes 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your water pressure and volume etc. at the beginning of this video there is a pop-up to a updated video of this pool i set a clock up and you can see it as it progresses.

that has nothing to do with setup. just follow any maintenance info you read on the back of pool chemicals. it will tell you as plain as day what to do. also most test kits (which you will need without a doubt) should have very detailed instructions.
hey Jeff Wen just bought and about to put up tomorrow! I would like to use right after set up but it says not to run the filter while the pool is occupied but would like to also get the chlorine tablets flowing through the filter. What do you suggest
Hi AlexaI dont run my pump but about 3 hours each day.I have used my pool with the pump running i believe the mfg suggests not doing it becase of a liability issue and just common sense says not to do that anyway. Put in your chlorine and enjoy right away just clean your filter 3 times a week at least if not more also invest in a water test kit and get some youtube schooling on using it .its easy just takes a little getting used to.

It has been recommended that you buy another pump - a 1,000gph pump. Will work much better.

If it's leaking around the top, you may need to use some petroleum jelly around the black rubber ring.

Use vasaline and it'll help!!! Trust me. Call the number on the pool. That's what it's there for!

check your O-rings on the pump hose barb connections .

It doesn't have to be perfectly level but it needs to be level enough or it's going to sag to one side.

Hi No caps should be used just connect the hoses like i do in the video you will be good to go.
all you have to remember is to prime the pump. crack the top cap till all the air escapes then screw it back down. plug it in and you're done.
Its a 10 foot circle pool.

I have done it but i was not splashing around or anything like that never hurts to err on the side of caution.

wow Kmart is right my pool is 23" right now but it is just a tad low .height of pool is 30" with top inflated ring .
It is 2.5 ft but when filled it gets till 2.2 or 2.3 ft
