With all due respect to the author of the video, the Predator has very little chance of surviving a fight against Spider-Man. Judging by the ending of the 2nd part of the film from 2004, such a multi-ton structure that the Spider was holding would crush the Predator into a cake instantly (in non-canonical additions it is said that the Spider can hold a load of about 72 tons in his hands). So physically, the Predator loses to Spidey Maguire many times over; both in terms of strength and speed of reaction. So unless Spider-Man is injured or sick in some way, the fight will be short. He will dodge the plasma shot and respond with a volley of webs that will disable the shoulder blaster and entangle the Predator in a web, which he will cut with his blades. Having realized this, the Spider will temporarily (for 2-3 seconds) immobilize the Predator with a sharp blow to the chest with a powerful blow to the chest or solar plexus (although do Predators have it? They are like insects), then quickly hang it at a great height or spin it like in a centrifuge, and from the height of a skyscraper will throw the Predator onto the asphalt.
