Just a how to on removing your front seats for cleaning or for any other needs. This video just goes over the removal and cleaning process of the carpets, mats and seats. Any questions post em below!

Great video! There is a local junk yard to me where you remove your own parts for cheap.
Theirs a Lancer their with leather seats, i want them!
Ones air bag already went off, but the other was fine. I hope it works!

Thank you for this video. i was researching how to remove the front seats of my 2013 Lancer and get to the floor to put some of my excess deadening mat. The 4 doors were already done in an autoshop last week. I did the spare tire compartment today but still have excess deadening mats. Now Im not sure if I can DIY the cockpit floor as I need to remove the battery connection and disconnect the airbag harness and Im pretty sure some seatbelt sensor under the driver seat. anyhow thank you again for this video.

Great Video, glad you mentioned the part about Negative battery cable disconnect and unplugging the air bag. I have a 2009 Lancer ES. On the front seats, there are zippers along the corners of back of the seat. Does your Lancer have those, and if so have you taken them off before?

Do you still need to disconnect the negative if my battery is dead lol

I removed the negative terminal and the airbag service light still came on.
