This set looks absolutely incredible, I really miss the Castle line (it was my favorite as a kid).
Same, all I have now is just a few figures and horses 😢 hopefully they bring it back

If I had an extra 400 dollars to spend, and the space to display this, I would totally buy it.

I love old castle. I'm excited for this set. I'm sure I'm the only one out here who thinks it, but I would have loved a big ol' raised baseplate. . . .
You are definitely not the only one. 'Crying in raised baseplates'
You're far from being the only one, I've seen plenty of people say the same. Although personally I'm happy as is. Having such a large structure come already done would kinda defeat the whole idea behind LEGO.
@@inspirer4763 (1) I also love the set and the build; (2) I admit the big raised baseplate is a guilty nostalgic pleasure; but (3) I still want the same big build-just raised up and built on a hill. . . like real castles were. The best reason for not using a raised baseplate is that I can’t think of a practical way to then allow the castle to open and reposition.
Super satisfying timelapse! The level of detail in the castle is amazing for a set, would fit well in a medieval village with little adjustments needed
This one looks just jaw-dropping and brings memories of the good old LEGO Castle, can't wait for the review

I love this set!! I can’t wait to build it myself. It’s literally perfect and a real outstanding display piece (and im not a big castles fan either). Also, watching this is making me want to splash on edelkrone equipment haha, I love the moving timelapses!
I'm gonna GRIND student work to get this gorgeous castle. It's my favourite set of the decade so far.
This and Pirates of Barracuda Bay further extend my love and interest in these classic themes

I would have loved this set when I was younger
This is amazing. But I still need to get accustomed to the fact that Lego is so expensive now after all their price increases. Imagine this set being released in early 2022 -> it would have cost 350, and in 2021 it would have cost around 320.. crazy.

This was originally priced for $360 but with the 8/1 price increase it is now $400 in the USA. I think these price increases will make me resent these LAN TH-camrs that get their sets for FREE. Long Live Jang!
After it's retired it will cost $800+ so get it while it's "cheap."
@@13squier Well paying 800 for a retired set is not an option for me so I either buy it now or never, yes. But I'm not sure yet, that price is already insane.

A set of just over 4000 bricks does NOT warrant such a big box!
Lego must be thinking this way they will give the consumer the ILLUSION they get value for money... But at a price of 399 euro, this is most certainly NOT the case!

I have the same feeling, looks more like 300 EUR. 400 EUR should give a 'massive' impression, this lacks it.
