Aのtoは前後に母音があるため、タではなく、ダにならないのですか？また、
Bの〜ing のあとのtoは、人によって
ダやナになるとtoの音声変化の動画で学んだのですが、カタカナではタになっています。

「Shall we get going?」は「そろそろ行きましょうか？」という丁寧な言い方で、「Let's go!」は「行きましょう！」というより直接的言い方です☺️

質問なのですが、例文のI'm having lunch with my friend. We're having a good time.で、lunchの前に a が付かないのはなぜでしょうか？lunchも名詞なのになぜなんだろうと、疑問に思いました。

「going on + (age)」という表現は間違いではないですが、「Going to be+(age）」の方が頻出です。 また、「going on + (age)」はなぜか赤ちゃんと子供に使われているのを聞いたことがないですね🤔

I got to Ottawa last week because of business trip. It was very cold. I had meal with my coworker. I had a good time. I got to San Francisco, it was warm, and so happy.

→ I went to Ottawa last week on a business trip. (In this case, we don't use "get". get to ~ はよく「~に行く」と訳されますが、get自体は「到着する/たどり着く」という意味で、経路や到着時間などを意識しているときに使います。）
