In my experience they did revert back to the mail. You can try calling them. Hope your issue gets resolved soon

how long did it take for the order to come? and when did you get the tracking details?
@pragya Sharma it took around 7 days for the order to reach me (Rishikesh) and I received the tracking details the very next day of placing the order
