Just FYI for future Z32 swappers, the firewall does NOT need to be cut to pull the harness. There is a little 'U' shaped clamp holding the harness to the firewall on the inside, just below/behind the A/C evaporator box. Once that is unbolted, the harness pulls right through, no issues.

For future reference Instead of using body filler for the small holes there’s stuff called glaze and it’s a more runny body filler to take care of those little imperfections

Rear ends are completely different. You'll need a TT subframe, axles, diff. Driveshaft, hubs and spindles. You mentioned wanting to take it to the dragstrip. Your current na axles are shit and always break at the splines. I'd recommend upgrading to an infinity Q45 setup to be able to use beefier 6 bolt axles like what the TTs use.

My advice is dont spend so long trying to get the bay perfect it will already be super clean when you paint it and if you wrap it dont do white, white Z’s look cheesy do a matte black indecent or keep it red, maybe even a silver or gray or even matte red.
Kalvins Garage atleast do something different with the white, there are endless color options for wraps like white color shift,pearlescent or indecent. If you want a show car then let it stand out. People should look at your car and say wow i love that color, not oh its a white z.

The second craziest swap for me will be a 2jzge inside my 87 4runner. Still keeping it 4x4.. First crazy swap was a 1uz inside my old AE86.
