The gears are high end but achievable if you commit to some grinding, both in CoF and MG. Cutting 1LP here and there doesn't hurt much especially for the amulet and relic. AFAIK there is no bug involved, the multipliers are just very overtuned.
Meteor is irrelevant for bossing, but is great for mono clear. Damage can be higher with gear and skill swapping, such as with a damage belt or Confluence of Fate, but I did not need to do it so I didn't. It is exactly the mapping setup.

I am already capping crit with this setup, and I heard Never Late is bugged at 5 point to always give the crit.
I hope this build goes mostly untouched next patch! Super fun. How do you gear for res or do you just go uncapped? Im at like 46 fire and 50 cold and poison and necrotic arent much higher. Do i give up armor suffixes in planner for them or do we simply not need them if playing correctly?
You can take out armor on helmet and armor, but for capped gear that would be better and you should be able to cap res with other slots.
what do u think of confluence of fate? feels pretty good to me

Sure. My belt and meteor is completely useless here, anything is better.
Wand weapon? Marina's Lost Soul and Wrongwarp , which one is best for use? I see some people is use MLS?, ty
I prefer Wrongwarp much more. It has haste on hit and another 30% movement speed, slightly more increased damage and cast speed and 60 mana. MLS has 30 more flat spell damage and all is necrotic, if you play into the Stardust node of Meteor it could be worth.
Do you think merchant guild or CoF is better?
This is a hard one to say. In terms of 'better', MG is almost always better. But this build is giga meta and gears are super expensive so you may have a better time at CoF.
great guide similar to my glacier/static setup. curious if meteor is even worth it? glacier seems to clear just fine around 400c
I find the range, cc and damage advantage helping with survival a lot in 1k+ corruption, but only if you don't have mana issues

Yes added flat in this game don't care about the damage type. You can add necrotic flat to lightning spell, but this portion is scaled with necrotic increased damage instead of lightning.
Do you think t7 multi on wand is better than t7 mana? Then similarly for helmet, would t7 static orb vs t7 mana? (static orb would be 50 multi + spell damage)
T7 multi is better than T7 mana on wand damage-wise. For helm I think T7 Static Orb is better but it is harder to get.
What is the minimum amount of mana that is ok for me to use the build? And is them helm essential or could i use a purple with + static orb
I can play it with 1.5k but the more the better it feels. The helm is not neccessary.
How come you don't take the 4/4 crit multi in static orb? Comparing to Snap/Empy and trying to understand. Also noticed no Never Late abuse

Static Orb runs out of points just getting all the more multipliers. I have 500% crit mult so that 25% per point is nothing, comparing to the more multipliers. I know Never Late is bugging but I am capping crit anyway with this setup, within the Julra Stardial timeframe.

can you explain the mechanic? i mean when use static orb instead glacier, and the points on meteor is just for the auto cast isnt?
The Meteor is useless here but great for map clear. Static Orb is for blasting high health target or bossing, Glacier on trash mobs to proc Meteor and clear packs.

@@Spacetime25 I'm pre casting Glacier to stack Arcane Momentum and some shock and arrmor shred. The only thing doing damage is Static Orb.

40 flat necrotic damage and huge DR to some damage on potion use and relatively easy to get 4 LP.

Ive seen people also using stormcarved testament relic and phantom grip ring any recommendation ?
Phantom Grip is great for earlier game but I don't think it is optimal for end game. Same for Stormcarved Testament.

@@zomgree you are crit capped after teleport due to tripple intellect on julra rings. and all your damage for bosses are coming after julra rings procs combo. so if boss is not dead with your current gear you are just chilling and waiting for next julra window.

Folks, there's a reason why these idiots have zero chat happening on their screen... it's because they are offline players cheesing and editing their stats...
You can see if someone is playing online with the green ping bar on the right next to the skill bar. Also the LE tool planner has a green tick on the top right for builds verified and imported from online characters.
