@vulcan2882 This is A Good reason
For President Donald Trump to not accept anymore illegal immigrants
      Because I remember Florida decades
Ago wasn't known for All these scams
      Drugs,sex trafficking , murders,and
So forth until illegal immigrants from
      Across the foreign countries started
Pouring in and here we're today in
Year 2025 with all of these scams
Yet they like to blame it on Americans
This was never the case because I
Once lived in. Miami before it was
      Victimized by car dealership crimes
Miami and Florida lost a lot of intellectual Americans who could not
Endure All of the scams and the run down of areas and properties of Miami and Florida businesses!!!!!!!!

Even buying a new car can lead to scams. Buying a used car from a small dealer is really risky. Even the large dealerships have scams but the small ones tend to sell wrecked cars that are fixed and have more scams.

Me and my wife went there to look at a Infiniti G37 we saw on marketplace, I contacted them and they said it was still available and when we got there we were like I am here to see the G37 they had listed online. They started speaking Spanish to each other and luckily my wife understood what they were saying. They were telling each other to put us in a blue Infiniti Q50. We walked right out because we never saw any G37 on the lot. And we immediately felt like that was a red flag. All they could of said was that it was sold or something.

As a retired employee (2nd career) of a state Dept. of Labor office this is how this will turn out. The crooks running the scam auto dealership will lose in court by either default or judgement. They then will shut down by declaring bankruptcy declaring no assets to pay and then open the next day under a new corporate name. I had many construction workers come into file for benefits and complain their company didn't pay them. Upon checking we found they declared bankruptcy and the workers (some could get u/i benefits) ere out their paychecks. These crooks know what they are doing.

They had me signed for a $5,000 suv, which I gave him $2000, then he wouldn’t give me the paperwork, told me this is how it’s supposed to be, I didn’t get paperwork till after 30 days , then I picked it up a and it turned out I had signed for a loan for this car total of $11,678. I called them to pick up the car. They wouldn’t, so I took it to the corrupted dealership. And walked away and lost my $2000. I didn’t know where to start who to call or what to do. I was just upset. I called the bank and I told him what they did and I told them I’m not paying a dime.

They did not want to speak, text, or email with me about pricing and were very pushy to get me in the door in person. I declined to go meet with them in person because they weren't being straight forward, very glad I did. I believe the prices they are advertising that are slightly below market are actually just the down payments and a way to get people in the door, then they hope people wont understand the paperwork in front of them means they are also taking out a loan on top of that amount.

These people are real dirtbags, they prey on people with limited understanding and language barriers. All loans have a truth in lending disclosure that states the amount borrowed, monthly terms and the interest rates and the total of payments, it’s in 4 square boxes and cannot be hidden behind other documents, the dealership gives you copies of all of these documents in the finance office as well. I don’t know what is so hard to prove here. If the finance agreement was signed then the question is forgery or misunderstanding. I think the story should have mentioned this fact. The original bill of sale will show the total amount with Any financing money owed as well.

Back in 2016/17, there’s a car dealer in the corner of 42 and LeJeune, for a previously owned SXT(basic v6) White Dodge Charger, my brother negotiated for ,Amy hours to buy the car at its sticker of 24K they lowered to 22k with 3500 as down payment. However at the end of the night the salesman shows up with the paperwork ready to close the deal, reviewing the paperwork before signing we noticed the car summed up to a grand total 51k at a $765 monthly clip, after they had agreed the monthly couldn’t surpass $600 and they said the financing bank needed a cut from the loan some BS like that to justify the 50 grand. We just got up and said no thanks, but thanks for wasting our time. They were shocked as hell because they had brought us croqueticas and sodas thinking they had us in the bag. There’s no way something shady wasn’t happening as my brother had new credit and building it with a credit card with almost 4 grand as down. Afterwards me and my brother joked that if he went for a 40k BMW he would’ve had to pay over 100k for it 😂
