- Who was the Chief Justice of Federal Court. Whether the Federal Court Judgement was unanimous.
- Was Muhammad Ali Bigra was also made party to the case.
- What was the Status of Muhammad Ali Bogra and his govrt with the dissolution of Constituent Assembly by Governor General.
