The neck adjustments at the beginning, the "butt" adjustment (cause I know that pain😩), and my FAV...the strap with the feet anchored. UGH! I KNOW THAT FELT AMAZING! I feel taller just watching video!🤣
Interesting video! We are an active couple in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We still strive for a healthy body, a calm mind, and a positive outlook. And we feel better than ever! We are doing research for our new TH-cam channel and hope to inspire others. Learned a lot here. Thank you!
@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro Doc, you are welcome to stop by our channel for a visit. Would like your insights, as we want to grow and touch more and more people. Thanks, Bob & Fran
This video had amazing cracks! Of course I am partial to the occipital lift and that one was one of the best I've heard! But I also loved the last little tug you did on her neck. That crack was so crisp. I loved it!
Feeling good is essential. Happyness and pleasure from being cracked, watching cracks or seeing a pretty face are healthy things. Be the most authentic you. Sending loving-kindness.
@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro definitely the neck cracks at beginning AND when you strapped her ankles down for Y strap. I can only FANTASIZE about how good of a stretch that was! Just DELICIOUS!!🤣💯
Hi 👋Dr Willen, you did a lot of popping on her and as always an awesome 👏job. She was lucky to be adjusted by you, she’s definitely got a lot of relief. I liked everything in the video, it’s hard to choose a part cause everything was good, have a great 👍week doc.
Dr. Doug, in the first half of the video, you were feeling places on her neck and back and saying, "Here's one, and here's another one." What are you referring to? Are they swollen joints? Do they feel like they need to explode? Another stellar session!
I run marathons etc and when I was younger everything would crack but now at 60 nothing cracks except elbows and hands ....any research on aging and cracking ?
Dr. Doug Willen: House of Chiro I feel like my want to crack my back so bad along w neck but nothing happens at all yet my Elbows and hands crack nonstop!
hello doc i popped my ankle out of place back in 1994 playing basketball never got it fixed do you think it can be popped back after all of these years???
I only need the number to give me a reference to see if something is improving. I think you'd be surprised how much it hurts when I dig my fingers into a nerve, though.
@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro I understand the usefulness. I imagine being on fire or getting a leg sawn off with a rusty saw as a 10. So this 9 in the video with barely any visible pain signals is funny to me 🙂
Hi Everyone, this one has some great cracks, which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!
The first one for sure.. That was huge!
First is the best. Gotta love the lift!
