I have been listening to this twice a day for just 3 days now and after each time, I feel myself get even more relaxed, softer, and I feel safer in my magic. I feel happier, joyful, worthy, and so expressive! I love her giggles throughout the video too, I always smile and laugh with her 🥰 My inner talk has become so much more gentle, compassionate, and uplifting. I feel at peace with where I’m at, moment to moment.
