I love meditations. They make me feel so strong. So female. I am 16 years old and meditations helps me a lot. We are girls. We should support each other❤.
This meditation was insane, I actually saw a forest, the big tree, the pond, etc before you even mentioned them, it felt like you were giving a verbal explanation of the visual images I was naturally seeing in my mind's eye... Loved this deeply, my inner goddess was multifaceted, a raven appeared, a white raven as well, a woman, with long white hair, a spider, and then the spirit of the forest itself, of the tree. She took me on a trip to the top of the large tree where a small water pond is also located, a portal to mirrors, and also the goddess large pond by the clearing. She turned me into a fish then a bird, we voyaged through different shapes and states... She reminded me that being fluid, adaptable, and flexible is what makes me a goddess, or the anchor that reminds me of it. In my life, I had to go through so many shifts and twists indeed, and that change is what my hidden power is all about. Mutability (I'm also a Virgo sun and Mercury). In the end of the meditation, she ripped my heart from my chest and told me to protect it (she didn't speak words at all, but I felt that message), that it was more valuable than anything. She hugged me and her white hair enveloped my body, then she merged with me and disappeared. It was a LOVELY guided meditation, thank you ❤
