- After a lot of searching and negotiating, we closed on our first home! Many people aspire to own a home and we're no different. We'll be showing you the process of renovation as we make this house our home
The land space alone is the selling point, congrats.

You should make this a feature of your money movement.. Budgeting the fix up, costs of maintenance after it fix, changes in valuation as the property grows.. Show the people how to make their own estate

I'm 21 and it's my grandma made me know when she came for Christmas that guava and guava leaf is VERY EFFECTIVE for lowering high blood pressure just like breadfruit and breadfruit leaf.... did a Google search and I found this to be a big FAT FACT.... so leave the guava tree please

even though it's a fixer-upper, the house has a modern appearance, and the layout of the kitchen lends itself to a modern renovation with the island etc. Formal living and dining are important

@@NATURALMYSTICMK Also, if you watch the video carefully I was merely responding to the diverging opinions of the couple on what to do with the space downstairs. Kalilah said play area, her husband formal dining room and tv room. I sided with her husband vision for that space.
