All these things I bought cheaply like the Milwaukee Cordless drill that I bought for 3 dollars at the junkshop and laptop battery for 1 dollar and I bought the charger online for 3 dollars and bms 40a 4S for 3 dollars.

10 dollars EXCLUDING many things, like a spot welder, the nickel strips.. and many more things.
And, for 1 dollar, those batteries must be extremely garbage with just 500-1000 mAh, which won't do much at all.
If the average current draw is 8A (typical drill consumption under moderate/high load), the battery will be drained in about 1/8 of an hour, 7.5 minutes or even less!
