We take nothing for granted but my god this wonderful team will take some beating. If anyone finishes above us then they will be worthy champions but I can’t see that happening. I know it’s early doors but it’s how I feel watching the blues. 😊

A good performance without being great, which is to be expected at this stage of the season. Unlucky to concede. If Haaland hadn't got ANOTHER hattrick, Rico would have been my MotM. What a crackin' start to the season he's having. A couple of others didn't have great games and I think it's time for Nathan to come back in now - I thought he and Akanji built up a great partnership in the last quarter of last season.
I think the bloke at the end summed up that performance and where we are at the moment the best. On Doku, like you I like him a lot but I also agree with that bloke - and have been saying it for some time - that he has to improve his end product. That being said, he's such a livewire danger that he's made himself a multiple marked man very quickly in the Premier League.

Great to see some of the players of my era Ian we wasn’t winning things but it was great days,brilliant result today I don’t mind West Ham but the stadium is horrible wish I took binoculars last time I went there 😂 met big joe at the legends lounge a few seasons ago what a lovely fella.

It is a worry but I'm confident we would deploy a false nine with Gundo, Foden, Doku, Bobb, Grealish, Bernardo all capable of rotating who is on top.....a very fluid way which we played in 2020/21

We controlled again this evening. Sometimes when we control we tend, to me to sometimes look less effective in games. In saying that though as someone said we could have buried the game in the first half. Thought West Ham look as though they have improved just not enough to really do any damage to us.
I'd pick out Rico too, how good can he get?
But the Viking really showed his class finishing. Just an incredible goal scorer.

Richard Jobson was a very classy underrated player who'd be suited to the modern game, he was only with us a short time but wished it would've been longer. Oldham certainly had the best years of Richard. We look great this season don't we Ian, really excited for the rest of the season but once again the frustrating international break is upon us. We have the momentum and hope the players come back injury free and raring to go again. Pep and his management team deserve a huge amount of credit for their player management skills, the team look fit and hungry and we've still got Rodri to come back in but at the moment he might not get back in!! 🩵⚽🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
