Namaste sir🙏🏽 I'm a student preparing for competitive exams but I have been falsely implicated under sections 323,504 and 506 of IPC ( it is a cross case, I've also made my opposition charged under sections 323,452,504 and 506 on the same day of dispute) and my opposition got FIR lodged against me through section 156(3) CRPC (after 8 months), means the Police didn't lodge FIR directly. Since FIR against me is false that's why I have made petition u/s 482 CRPC in Allahabad highcourt for quashing the FIR but Highcourt has given stay order. सर 2016 में 1लडकी पर जिसकी उम्र 16वर्ष थी पर दुसरी लडकी ने sc act में fir करवा दी थी । जो पुलिस इन्क्वरी में झूठी साबित हो गई और पुलिस ने closer report लगा दी। मगर वह fir आज भी पुलिस ने कोर्ट में पेश नहीं की है। fir करवाने वाली लडकी भी कोर्ट में ये कहने को तैयार है कि मैं पुलिस की कार्यवाही से संतुष्ट हुँ। मुझे क्या करना चाहिए।
पुलिस को FIR दर्ज होने के 24 घंटे के अन्दर कोर्ट में जमा करना होता है और दूसरी बात आपने कही कि पुलिस ने closer report सबमिट कर दी है और यह तब ही संभव है जब कोर्ट में FIR जमा किया हुआ हो और जब पुलिस ने closer report सबमिट कर दी है तब किसे के गवाही की आवश्यकता नहीं है | कोर्ट स्वयं ही केस को close कर देगी | धन्यवाद |

सर 2016 में 1लडकी पर जिसकी उम्र 16वर्ष थी पर दुसरी लडकी ने sc act में fir करवा दी थी । जो पुलिस इन्क्वरी में झूठी साबित हो गई और पुलिस ने closer report लगा दी। मगर वह fir आज भी पुलिस ने कोर्ट में पेश नहीं की है। fir करवाने वाली लडकी भी कोर्ट में ये कहने को तैयार है कि मैं पुलिस की कार्यवाही से संतुष्ट हुँ। मुझे क्या करना चाहिए।
पुलिस को FIR दर्ज होने के 24 घंटे के अन्दर कोर्ट में जमा करना होता है और दूसरी बात आपने कही कि पुलिस ने closer report सबमिट कर दी है और यह तब ही संभव है जब कोर्ट में FIR जमा किया हुआ हो और जब पुलिस ने closer report सबमिट कर दी है तब किसे के गवाही की आवश्यकता नहीं है | कोर्ट स्वयं ही केस को close कर देगी | धन्यवाद |
