Cop - "You can see their point of view.". No, their point of view is from inside the bank. My point of view is from outside the bank. I haven't been inside of the bank so I don't know what the view is from in there.
"You can see our point of view...." Typical gaslight attempt. 'You're not violating any law, but they're uncomfortable, so help us normalize restricting public photography, Mkay?' FOAD, cop.
I like how u clearly state what you are doing and then immediately ask the 3rd party if they support the first amendment and constitution of the United States. Nice!
"I have no issue with it." It doesn't matter whether YOU have an issue with it, officer. Your feelings are as irrelevant as the people's in that bank. You swore an oath to uphold the law. Whether you have an "issue" with it does not matter.
People in the bank get worried because they think you are a commercial real estate photographer working on a sales prospectus and they all might loose their jobs.
I would find out the bank's c o's name and then tell them that the video is going to him at how these people do not stay in the bank and protect that they got out best with people on the sidewalk... And then whenever they called i'm on one I would pretend to be calling 911 too
Awesome job! Kudos to Northborough police for their professionalism! And if you notice, there wasn’t a lot of customers giving you guff. There’s a lot more college educated people in that area. I think that really makes a big difference on our people look at things.
Excellent beginning of the video. That’s how it should be done. I’m now a subscriber. Bad cops, again. Good cops never approach the camera operator first, or at all. And they NEVER take sides like the second cop did.
I love watching your videos and I do like your confidence but Sean Paul Reyes from Long Island Audit is the greatest auditor there is. Keep going though you'll get there.
Love your videos brother keep up the good work I knew you was good when I saw you with Josh from accountability for all if he wasn't a decent man he wouldn't have went out with you but you need to watch hanging out with Castro I think he's got a crush on you
I love your new style of audits. Being upfront and telling them about the 1st amendment. It makes the good cops act like responsible police and the bad ones even worse
If you want to check out a auditor that does it right to maybe get some good habits go watch First Amendment Rights. She really does it the correct way. Just a suggestion. I do like your content. Keep up the good work!👍🇺🇸📸
By immediately stating what you are doing, and asking idc they support the Constitution, you are REALLY catching responding officers off guard. I think that they know from that moment on, anything that they do that goes in any way against the first amendment, they will end up looking bad.
@FirstAmendmentProtectionAgency Not a fan of you answering questions about your actions when lawfully about your day. It's unnecessary and antithetical to freedom.
Well the reason I do it, is it gives them two options on what to answer with. Option A. Agree they support the Constitution and then can’t logically argue with what I’m doing Option B. Completely try to disagree with the First Amendment which makes them look even worse especially if it’s a police officer So it’s a lose lose position to anyone who really wants to disagree with me having a camera out in public and that’s what we’re trying to get all auditors to do to improve the movement as a whole💪💪💪
@@FirstAmendmentProtectionAgency Not sure it improves any movement if a Journalist has to explain his lawful actions for no lawful reason. You don't protect one right by waiving another. It is one thing to dispel a Reasonable Suspicion of crime afoot but to disclose your lawful actions when there is no lawful reason to, seems like a police state. There is nothing unlawful about an officer ringing your doorbell and asking you what you are doing at that time, but would you answer him?

Stress testing the First Amendment is the perfect response. How could anyone object to that?
Love the concept of "The People's Bicep." Potent symbolism.
Cop - "You can see their point of view.". No, their point of view is from inside the bank. My point of view is from outside the bank. I haven't been inside of the bank so I don't know what the view is from in there.

Uphold the Constitution. The “law” usual conflicts with the US Constitution
It’s un-American not to support our 1st amendment rights.🫡👍
Love the audit. Great job ! Keep up the great job !
And the bank has cameras recording the citizens walking on public property, but they call the police when a citizen points a camera at them?
