Cappadocia, what a place to visit. It has so much to offer, right from some amazing scenic beauties to Fairy chimnies to Love Valley, Underground City, Hot Air Balloon Ride, Cave Hotels and many more experiences. If someone asks us what are the best things to do in Cappadocia then we will say, you just plan your trip for a minimum of 2-3 days and you will enjoy every bit of it. Though it has the world's best Hot air Balloon experience even if you don't do that you will not be disappointed by Cappadocia.
We started our day early around 8:30 AM and hooked up with a guided tour which was a Green tour on day 1 then the guide took us to some amazing panoramic views post that we went to the Underground city which was made by Hittites by carving the rocks. It was so cool to see that well-planned underground city. Post that we went to the beautiful Canyon names IHLARA and it was quite a good walk amidst nature along with a river. It offers so much beauty that you will be mesmerized by it. After IHLARA Canyon it was Lunchtime when we had some delicious vegetarian food and then headed towards Selima cathedral. Selima Cathedral was also a beautiful place and from there we could see the spot where the Star Wars movie was shot. After that, we went to a stone factory where we saw some semi-precious and precious stones. Just opposite to this there was pigeon valley where localities go to collect pigeon droppings which are being used as a natural fertilizer.
After a very long day, we went to a sunset point, and trust us guys Cappadocia looks stunning at night. It offers some amazing views and experiences. After spending some time there then we went to a restaurant In the market where we had some amazing Veg pottery and enjoyed deserts in Dibak.
This was our first day in Cappadocia and we ended our day with the hope that the next day will be a day where we will be able to fly in Hot Air Balloon.

Hello, I always watch all your videos on TH-cam. Your information about every country is very good. My wife and I are going to Turkey in May. Planned to visit Istanbul and Cappadocia. I am very sad and suffer from backache. Will hot air balloon tour and green tour be suitable for me? Would it be better to go to Antalya instead? I will stay in Turkey for 7 days. Kindly guide me as to where it will be suitable for me to travel
Thanks for your feedback. Hot air is very comfortable, the only thing is to get into the basket and get out of it, if you can manage that that will be good. I would recommend cappadocia Over antalya, if I have to chose 1.

Antalya to Cappadocia distance,fares and transport name?
Cave hotel to green/red tour fares and means of transportation?
We took metro bus from Antalya to Goreme, it was around 250 lira per person and tours were pre organized so the tour guy gave pick and drop
And then cave hotel to green/red tour fares and means of transportation? Is it separate or additional in 250TL?

You would require IDP, and then you can drive.
how much for different types of tours like blue or red and what is difference of all these tours, please advise. thanks
They were as a combo costed us around 100 $ per person. The difference was their locations and sightseeing. You can experience both the tours as they offer different experience. but if you really have to choose 1 then go for the one which include underground city, can't remember the name though you can check in the vlogs.

No there is a different exit, you don't have to climb up those stairs

We got the tour guide contact when we were in pamukkale. Approx. cost for red and green tour was around 120$
