Funny how that one guy assumed Demiurge is the strongest guardian because he is a demon. Except looking at their character sheets reveals that he is the weakest level 100 NPC, and the second weakest of the floor guardians.
True though Demiurge is a Demon Lord which usually are powerful.. So it's easy to mistake.. Also he is a Floor Guardian so would also think means he is powerful..

I think demiurge was going to attempt to overthrow ainz but when he heard him say maybe taking over the world would be fun he changed his mind because I'm pretty sure that's what he wanted to do anyways
No, demiurge and all npc in nazarik dont ever have any intention to overthrow their supreme beings, because they are their creators. Especially when the only one left is only momonga, their loyalty would be more trustful since there is only one leader left. The only reason for demiurge to betray momonga is, if ulbert (demiruge's creator) wanted him to betray momonga, then demiurge would do his creator's order. This is also applies to other NPCs, such as sebas with touch me, shalltear with peroroncino, albedo with tabula (although I'm not really sure, because momonga changed her desc), etc. So the creator's order is absolute, but since momonga (ainz) is the only one left, so I think nothing could make them betray him, because he is the sole absolute. Except, if the enemy uses world class item like what they did to shalltear.

@@RageWyvern What? My opinions? No. Have you read the light novels? There are so many clue and informations about demiurge's loyalty to the supreme beings especially to ainz and ulbert. He doesn't feel that he's smarter than ainz in terms of intelligence, or stronger than him in terms of power. Demiurge has always regarded the supreme beings as the highest level of superiority. The reason why demiurge was always playing smart and often misunderstood ainz's plan is because overlord is a story with misconception as a tool for its comedic purpose. And also ainz himself gave his subordinates an order to do everything as long as its good for nazarik. That's why I could say blatantly that every NPC created by the supreme beings (including demiurge) will never betray their creators. The only potential treachery we've seen so far is albedo's secret unit, and that's also for the sake of nazarik and ainz in the new world. With an exception if they're under the control of WCI (world class item) like shaltear's case.

I'm not follower of thr novel version myself, so i speak from my own opinion, but i also think the reason for demiurge n other npc tend to misunderstood ainz plan might also due to their origin (even back since the game)... If its me, i will probably thinking along the same route as demiurge bcoz from the beginning, their affinity/role/karma has been more toward evil (except certain few of the characters) Note: this is simply my own view on the characters, i'm a huge fan of this series😆😆😆
