I add mayonnaise not butter, don't knock it until you try it, a little bajan seasoning in mine
also a little condense milk (porgie macaroni sweetener)😄

I use carnation milk, butter milk. Ancora cheese and cream cheese.

We have Mac n Cheese here but that's more for everyone else. Black folks eat Baked Macaroni which has different ingredients and is baked and can be cut like a cake. We use a lot of the same ingredients but it's slightly different. Basically the same dish.
