I have a few hundred hours in this game and an 875+ day world, would like to give some suggestions! - one of the armor options is the beekeeper hat, and it will prevent stun-locking from any type of bees, use that to help make sure you can get attacks in! - doing the fight in winter would definitely help make sure the twins are active for the most time since they only come out at night and winter has the longest nights, I will say tho that the twins are a boss that tend to prioritize targeting the player over other NPCs attacking them, so they might not be the best of choices. I wonder how Klaus would do against bee queen, actually 🤔 the only part of that would be dragging him all the way across the map and then during the fight hoping the grumble bees don’t come after you Anyways my two cents, hope it helps!
Wow thank you for the tip! Didn't know that beekeeper hat will prevent the stun from bee sting! Very helpful information :) Altho, all bosses with a base (except bearger or deerclops which do not have its own base) will return to their base and fully charge their hp when the player goes far enough. Which means, you cannot drag those bosses to another place. You just have to fight where the boss spawns!

Rephrase on the dragging across the map thing, usually it works if you do it little by little staying within the same screen or just one screen away and then babysit the boss the same way, usually bosses don’t despawn when being babysat but that’s in my personal experience at least
Bit late, but to add to what was originally said if anyone else ends up seeing this as well; if you’re wanting to use The Twins to fight other bosses, I’d recommend going to the caves and farming for a Slurtle Shell. You can hide inside it during combat and tank damage while dropping all/most aggro usually pretty quick. Also, as another comment said, activating The Twins in Phase 2, for the best strat of Phase 2 Twins during mid Winter longest night, baiting the initial attack, hiding, kicking back, and baiting another attack if and when needed.

If the Twins start the fight at Phase II, they should be able to beat Bee Queen in one night.
