I want to know how to make it so the quest requires needing to kill a enemy with 2 words in it's name for example: my boss is called the "Skeleton king" I put quotes around Skeleton king is because thats the boss's name but the only way I could get it to work was if I put a underscore in the boss's name in the real map and to me that just kinda looks weird, can you help? I also can't seem to get the marks to work
My question is that is there a way to make it repetable. so i can repeat the quest over and over without deleting my data to do it? Simple explation: I want it so i can talk to it (to get the quest) complete it then after that i can talk to it again to repeat a quest again.
I wanna ask how the other option disappeared after you completed the quest. Like it change into another dialogue. I'm having a hard time to get it to work.
You can make it the NPC, or you can technically make it so they drop a specific Item with NBT tags. (Ex a skull that is named after them). But that is a video it it's own
@@Knightdream So let's say I get a quest where I have to find the npc and bring it back. So it has to talk aswell as follow me back too the desired location
@@NoahAmv. One way you can do that is with location blocks. There might be a way that when you get it to follow you, you can add a scoreboard point so you can proceed with the next part of the quest.
This video is a year old but i have an important question for a project i'm working on. So lets say i have a dude give you a quest to test your skills and you do it and he's like "yeah thats great here's your reward" But now i want him to swap from dialogue tree 0 to dialogue tree 1 so he has a new greeting, quest, and Question like normal progression type stuff. How do i do that if you know how? (Edit: got it and anyone looking for just that but you know the rest it's 29:00)

Ooo that is a good trick. You can make them invisible while a ‘quest’ is ‘ongoing’. I believe there is a way to activate invisibility.
