    I went through the same thing with my hair when it was just breaking . . . i am so happy i found olaplex. But actually instruction says to use it minimum once a week, but for very damaged hair 2-3 times a week.

    Might as well leave our hair natural now! My greys are just coming through a lot and the hair dresser kept dying my hair different shades! Now it looks grey lol so in the end i shouldn't have had the hairdresser dye it at all!

    I just purchased this, the shampoo and conditioner. I bleached my whole hair (dark naturally and with remains of red and dark brown in it) and I did it three times during lockdown (I knooow but lockdown messed with my mind 😂) long story short I put silver permanent colour and turned out green, fast forward I ended up with weird auburn color until I could go to the salon and they did lovely Balyage on my hair using olaplex. My hair is so dry is awful 😭 even when they did the treatment but watching this video gives me hope I will totally give it a shot. I already spent a fortune in this mess and trying to save it so might as well. Thanks a lot

      I am glad my video helped! I honestly wish these products were available when I went through my experience from going dark brown to blonde.. The breakage and dryness I experienced was awful!!! These products would have repaired my hair a lot quicker especially having the NO.3 and NO.7.. Hang in there as long as you are consistent with the NO.3 and you use NO heat on your hair your hair will become healthy and strong again!

    • @DanasLilMakeup
      @DanasLilMakeup 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sincerely Miss Ash thank you so much!! I have washed my hair twice since I got the whole treatment and applied no.3 once and while my hair does is not look completely different, it certainly feels WAY better. I think it will take me a while but I will follow your advice and be constant. Do you think I should invest in the bonding oil and the leave in treatment? Thanks a million❤️

    • @SincerelyMissAsh
      @SincerelyMissAsh  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, be consistent with it and if you need to buy a second bottle do it until your hair is better. It’s a good product to have even when your hair is healthy again to do the odd treatment... I would pick up the bonding oil yes. if you have a leave in conditioner then use it but the NO.6 is really nice as it’s a cream based and it smoothies out your hair and makes it feel soft.

      @@DanasLilMakeup Try to get olaplex 3 much stronger than 3...Also after olaplex 2 or 3 you should put good hydrate mask, olaplex is treatment and you still need mask after...Invest in good mask (redken all soft, joico k pak Hydrator, kerastase magistral, marroconoil hydrate....)

    So happy with this product! I bleached my own hair at home about a month ago I’m so impatient so I end up bleaching it two times in a week and my hair felt so brittle and so much hair would come out when I brushed it, I used Olaplex yesterday and I already see a difference in my brush! I still have a small amount of breaking but not a ton like before and is only used it once! Cant wait to use it again! My hairs long and thicker so I used half my bottle on one application so I will be waiting a few weeks or a month to try again.

    Thank you so much for a great video. I used Olaplex 3 last year. I just used one bottle. I used it once a week on my damaged fine hair. I had balayage then. I cannot say I saw that much difference but I think I am going to give it another try. This year I am doing highlights, not on the whole head and my hair is healthier anyway as I have cut it and I also use GHD Split End Treatment which is also expensive but good. I also had a Keratin treatment three months ago and I would like to ask if you think I can use the Olaplex as well. I know you are not a chemist but would you use it? Thank you in advance!

      Hmm well, it’s hard to say. If you’re hair is still dry, damaged, frizzy, and it’s still breaking then I would probably try the Olaplex again but I don’t know what condition your hair is in so it’s hard to say yes or no🤔

    I get a perm from the salon once a year Do I use olaplex3 the same day before perm?Or do I use it 72 hrs after perm when I wash my hair? I also have bleached highlights and damage.I have used olaplex3 about 5 times once a week washing hair before applying I feel like it would penetrate in clean hair better leaving it in until it dries then rinsing out and conditioning.I can tell it helps a little but my hair is still really dry even after deep conditioning.How much of the olaplex 3 before I can tell a big diffrence? I been using Once a week should I use it twice a week? I really like your color hair and it looks healthy.

      I am not a hair colourist by any means and you should definitely ask your hair colourist when a good time is to get your hair done again but I would use the Olaplex a couple times (a few times a week) until you see a difference in your hair and go from there. If it’s really damaged I would stay away from heat styling tools as well to give your hair a break during the repair time.

      @@SincerelyMissAsh Besides hair breakage I just went through menopause (hair texture changed) and 5 years ago I came off a benzodiazepine and one of the side effects from stopping the drug c/t is hair loss. I cry when I see old pics of my once pretty locks. I know the body heals and I do have new hair growing in but to have breakage on top of everything I went through is surreal. I don't think I can color my hair anymore .....No idea what to do with my blonde highlights.

      Keep using the Olaplex No 3 and No 7 and I am sure you will start to see a difference. Try to wash your hair less and don't use any heat on your hair until you see an improvement. I always let my hair "air" dry and it has made such a difference.

    Does the olaplex 3 lighten your blonde hair at all?

    • @SincerelyMissAsh
      @SincerelyMissAsh  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I wouldn’t say it lightens your hair as there is no toning pigment in it but it definitely repairs your hair and brings the health back from damage.
      If you want something to eliminate yellow/brassy tones I would use a purple shampoo.

      N Guerra it’s a very deep purple shampoo, it gives the most beautiful ash tones to blonde hair. It’s not a repair treatment, but the longer you leave it on, the greyer/ashier your blonde hair goes. Don’t like the results? Just wash it out, no yellow, it’s amazing. (I’m not an employee)
