Live Pasta at a 5* Hotel - Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad | Luxury Hotel Review

Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad (Satellite) had a wonderful set of chefs and restaurant staff who made the dinner and breakfast a memorable experience for me. This video shows how Chef Laxmikant prepares Penne Arrabbiata Pasta live according to my taste and preferences. This was a part of the buffet dinner spread.
Most luxury/premium hotels have similar live cooking counters, of which I would like to mention a few as I remember. Hilton Garden Inn in Saket, New Delhi had a live pizza counter, Le Meridien Gurgaon had a live pizza and noodles counter, Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad Sindhu Bhawan Road had a live paneer shawarma counter, Aloft at Aerocity in New Delhi had a live tawa subzi (vegetables cooked on a pan live) counter, Camillo's restaurant at The Manor hotel in New Delhi offered us a live pizza (though they didn't have a buffet, seeing the chef prepare the pizza in front of you according to your taste has a different thrill and joy of its own). These are the ones I remember being part of the buffet dinner. For buffet breakfast, most premium/luxury hotels would have live counters for eggs, dosa/uttapam, pancakes, and parathas (Indian bread usually made of wheat flour with or without any stuffing of potatoes and/or onion, cottage cheese, mix vegetables).
These kind of live cooking counters provide the personalized experience which people look for at such premium properties.
The food was good and the service was excellent. Thanks to Chef Laxmikant and the entire team at the restaurant for their wonderful hospitality.
