      @@motionbynick I heard a rumor there is an ancient manuscript that explains it clearly. But it's kept secret by druids.

      That's so true. It might be the only tool I know that's based on feel rather than knowledge

      It's pure math, so nobody knows exactly what does it mean.

    Dude...u make animation seem SOOO less intimidating. I'm just starting to learn AE and graphs are HELLA scary to me but this technique is GENIUS. Best teacher ever. Seriously, thank u.

    Another lifehack: when you animate rotation and position, animate the rotation first by using the (much clearer) value graph for the eases. Then copy paste the eases with easy copy and apply it to your (unseparated) position keyframes ✨

    Thanks Nick, that was very helpful. I've always struggled with smooth animation, to the point where I use to get frustrated, I've wasted hours on perfecting motion, this should make things easier.

    Hey Nick, love your videos. I am starting to learn After Effects and kinda wonder what the future might hold for me say 4-6 months when I am getting a bit more advanced with the software. Is it still worth learning or is going head first into Cinema4D a better option job wise?

    • @motionbynick
      @motionbynick  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      i am biased, but i think you will get more value learning adobe products because they are the industry standard. C4D is great for anything 3D if that’s the direction you want to go, but knowing the adobe suite will make you more rounded
