Hokage kakashi with his 1000 jutsu, shikamaru level intelligence, very high levels of chakra, 5 chakra natures plus yin and yang release and insane battle IQ who has been confirmed to be stronger than he was with 1 MS in the war is 100% above high kage level. Read his retsuden novel and you will find out. He is no where near the weakest Hokage

Chakra reserves and amount of jutsu don’t really matter much when comparing all of the Hokages battle strength and IQ, considering that all of them have that already. You should watch Swagkage’s video on the strongest Hokage’s, he gives pretty decent explanations. Hokage Kakashi is definitely not beating Rinnegan + MS Obito in a 1v1.

Though power is not the only thing that makes him so charismatic though ,with him having a deep and touching backstory along with a lot of character development being invested into the character. But another issue that I've noticed is that I feel like a lot of people have been throwing hate towards the Itachi fanbase due to them being annoying which I can understand but I don't think that these guys really entirely deserve the hate that their getting since I don't think that these are actually trying to hurt anyone ,or are doing anything that really makes them deserve this much hate. Now I know a lot of you guys may be wondering why I am saying all of this but its just that for me personally I feel like that ,all of these fanbase rivalry's and hate are just making this fanbase more and more toxic over the years and for me its really sad to see this beautiful fanbase slowly become an ordinary toxic and hateful fanbase, which really pains my heart since regardless of our favorite characters it still does not change the fact that this anime has helped all of us when we were going through hard times and saved us from dark places in life at one point in our lives so please lets just keep this beautiful fanbase and anime a small safe haven as it was meant to be from this cruel world ,thanks for your time and I wish you a wonderful day!
