Summary(Important Points) Surah Yusuf Part 23: She Locked All The Doors 1. Disclaimer: Some of the things mentioned in this summary may not appropriate for children. 2. When Allah gives you blessings, then they can also be trials. 3. "HAITA LAK" can mean "Come here" or "I'm ready for you". 4. "In whose house he was" can mean that, like ancient times, the king and queen have their own chambers and this was hers or that the minister was not in the house most of the time and she was the one who was the dominant figure in the house. 5. "RAWADAT" is a complex verb. It shows there was a process of seduction. 6. It is also implying that she is trying to seduce him(AS) and he(AS) is resisting. So she was met with resistance. 7. When someone is trying very hard to you do something, in the Arabic language, the word "RAWADAT" is used. 8. It also suggests that she tried to pull his true self inside him(his dignity, honor, soul, etc) slowly, gently away from Yusuf(AS). 9. It is obvious that the marriage is broken, or else she wouldn't have wanted to do this. Her emotional needs are not met. 10. And she didn't really love him because when you love someone, you want the best for the other person. This is just infatuation. 11. She wants him(AS) to see evil as good but his true self sees evil as evil, that's why she wants his true self. 12. Yusuf(AS) can interpret different kinds of speeches, so when she says "Come here", he(AS) understands what she is thinking. 13. "MA'ADHALLAH" can mean "Allah's refuge". "MA'ADH" can be a "DHARF" and it can be a "MASDAR". 14. If it's a "MASDAR" it means the "The refuge of Allah" and if its a "DHARF" it means the "The time when I can be safe" or "the place where I can be safe." 15. This means that some places and some times are not safe and we all know what those places or times are. 16. "A'OOZ" means the plants that cling around the tree. It's like he(AS) is going to cling to Allah like the plants are clinging the trees. 17. Safety never lies in those who call to Allah's disobedience, only devastation. 18. Whoever knows himself, knows his "RAB". Don't forget yourself! This ends the summary. Anyone who thinks I have missed some point is welcome to reply but please give the time in the lecture when Ustad Nouman Ali Khan talked about it so that I can be sure. JazakaAllah Khair
Most of people are really confused about the meaning of love. Maybe because of all the industry out there : music, comedy etc... They did an horrible and evil job in the mind of a lot of people. So true. I can relate to this. So much. Watching Indian movies in my teens Astagfirullah. I sincerely repent to Allah. But they made a whole unrealistic expectations of love and imagination. I love ustad numan ali khan from the bottom of my heart because he turns a short verse into a movie. He is the best muffassir of the Qur'an I have ever seen.
May allah bless you brother nouman...may allah give you health and everything you need to make a series on the whole Quran like this. Umaah need it on urgent basis.... Ya Allah make this man a person who points out huda... ameen 😭
Prayer for the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ O Allah, bless our Muhammad and the people of Muhammad; As you have blessed Abraham and the people of Abraham. Surely you are the Praiseworthy, the Glorious. O Allah, be gracious unto Muhammad and the people of Muhammad; As you were gracious unto Abraham and the people of Abraham. Surely you are the Praiseworthy, the Glorious. Allaahumma salli 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa ali Muhammadin Kamaa sallaita 'alaa Ibraaheema wa 'alaa ali Ibraaheema Innaka hameedun Majeed Alaahumma baarik 'ala Muhammadin wa 'alaa ali Muhammadin Kamaa baarakta 'alaa Ibraaheema wa 'alaa ali Ibraaheema Innaka hameedun Majeed
Subhan Allah. This was a brilliant lecture. Gave a new perspective and made us love and appreciate Yusuf as even more. May Allah protect you Ya Ustad, you are a gem. May Allah protect all of us. Amen.
So, so many home truths here. People distorting reality and trying to pull you into their own reality. Allah (SWT) knows. How strongly Allah (SWT) developed nabi Yusuf (AS). Such strength of moral character while growing up in the midst of a non-Islamic society. This was a very severe test. And he took refuge and safety immediately and only with his Rabb. Like his father, who only complained to his Rabb about his suffering and sadness. Safety is never with those who go against the commands of Allah (SWT).
Contd 5... An imaginary profile of this lady would be like: She is married and is probably not happy with her marriage. She is probably living her own life with little interaction with her husband. They are keeping it up for appearances and not love. She looks at all the qualities in Yusuf AS and is reminded that they are missing in her husband. Plus she notices that Yusuf AS gets attention of other ladies as well and is reminded that she is the actual "owner" of this "asset" that everyone admires and envies. She probably can't think of divorce due to materialistic, political, family or social reasons. But even if she was in a terrible situation, her act can't be justified as we have a parallel in quran about a woman of the most terrible husband possible, who was even abusive to her... Aasia, wife of firaun. If she could bear that with patience and only make Allah her ally, so could this wife of the minister. Its not an acceptable alibi that she wanted her emotional needs met. And sanctity of marriage and loyalty in it is not particular to any religion. It is a human thing since forever. So she wanted her financial, political, social needs met by her husband and emotional and sexual needs met by Yusuf AS, which is obviously a terrible, selfish and devilish approach. Plus she knew that she belongs to the elite and Yusuf is just a slave, a commodity, and she can "use" him in whatever way she likes. And since Yusuf AS didn't budge an inch, she decided to step it up. Tell him clearly that he can do whatever he wants... Maybe he is shy. Or just order him as his mistress to do it. The doors of divorce are not closed but people don't opt for it for their own selfish or social reasons... They care for the negative opinion of the society about the divorce but while in a marriage, they go towards the haram/zina and don't care about the opinion of their true Master, Allah... This is very scary and dangerous. Who is the actual God they are fearing. She knew that once she takes away that special attribute of his by seducing him in to letting it go, he never would be the same again....!!! Zina makes the one loose a part of him/herself and relay it on to the seducer. The seducer sort of wants to become the god of the seduced. When you love someone, you want the best for them. In this case she wants everything for herself and nothing beneficial for Yusuf AS. So it was lust not love. It is wrong to romanticize this story. And she is proud and arrogant. She sees that she owns the one whose attention every woman wants. And how is it possible that she can't have his attention. How can he say no to her. She dumps others, no one dumps her, and certainly not her slave..!! Becoming a center of attention can be a sense of empowerment for some women and that can make them arrogant. So ordering women to cover their beauty in surah an Nur is also to protect them from this arrogance and pride...!!! Whenever she enters a place and people can't take their eyes off her, she feels like a godess... I control their gaze..!! Men like to dominate physically, women want to dominate emotionally. And once down that path, they would continue to draw attention even after marriage, beautifying oneself for other men... the more "slaves" the better... The more satisfied would be the ego and the pride...
23. She in whose house he was living tried to seduce him. She shut the doors, and said, “Come to me!” He said, “Allah is my refuge! He is my Lord. He has given me a good home. Sinners never succeed.”
Wow simply an Amazing explanation no one can explain how noman you have done it. ALLAH SUBHAINATALLA BLESSED YOU HOW TO TEACH IT. MA SHAH ALLAH. 👍👍👍👍.FROM UK
I heard from a Shaykh named Omar Baloch regarding this surah a very brilliant insight and may Allah ﷻ increase his blessing of insight.. that Yusuf (AS) can be seen as the modern day ummah as a whole figuratively of course
Contd 4.... A unique verb with no precedent in Arabic. Suggests something that happens continuously (راودَ on the wazan/pattern of فاعلَ). That was not the first time. She had been making passes for quite some time with subtle suggestions probably. Verbs on this pattern suggest presence of 2 parties, one of which is trying to overcome the other (eg, شاعرَ or مشاعرَ a poetry competition). And hence suggests a presence of "opposition". Meaning Yusuf AS is continuously trying to ward off her attempts. When someone is trying to pull you towards something, راود is used but the effort is slow, gentle and subtle (رویدا in surah at-Tariq). Indicates that these subtle demands have been going on on her part and when they all failed, she came all out in frustration. (Later سَنُراوِدُہ used by brethren of Yusuf when they plan to bring Benjamin with them while convincing Yaqub AS.) So راود means to gently pull someone... But from what: عَنۡ نَّـفۡسِهٖ From himself... Its like saying, "I want to take his Innocence".. Meaning taking away some virtue, some quality from the owner. She tried to rob his true self from him for herself. There is something in him that makes him special and I want that for myself... Its not just sexual gratification that she wants. She wants to own his soul; his body, she already owns. Notice that Yaqoob AS had warned Yusuf AS about the devil's traps. One trap was through his brothers. This is another trap using this woman.
Hmmm.. i feel Yusuf is extremely professional and his moral compass is so high and further more growing up in that household with her, he must have seen how she have affairs with other servants etc? Furthermore he sees the minister as his father/teacher.. So he knows to avoid a scandal, he does not want to betray the minister, he is afraid of Allah. Yusuf is teaching us how to behave at work or when we’re away from our spouse. Always seek refuge from the devil.
Seduce /sī'dju:s/ v. Entice (someone) into intimacy Seduce :: according to NAK's explanation, ☝🏻 (Spoiler alert) go watch for one hour 🤪 JazakAllahu khayr Ustad. Keep doing this beautiful deed for the best of our Muslim community.
Minister’s wife: O..I can’t talk to anybody like I can talk to you... Reply: Uh..I think I’m gonna go cook the uh..carrots! Ahhh..love the humour! 😄That’s what makes the series fun and special. It’s not an easy topic, but it’s well delivered, May Allah increase you in goodness ustadh..
I am suggesting that Bayyinah Institute to hire sign language experts for this particular Yusuf Series for a start. I do have relatives and friends with "advantages" that ONLY ALLAH knows and I'd love to share this Series of Yusuf to them. Unfortunately, subtitles are not sufficient because English is not their strength. It is a big loss if we leave this special community behind. I was made to understand that the sign language is a universal and standardized all over the world. Keep up the good work and looking forward for the next episodes. Cant wait to know the details about the hand cutting scene.
Some information regarding ancient Egyptian elite marriages/cultural lives from some my previous readings on Egyptology years ago: the politicians generally had multiple wives, with their own houses, and their own maids and slaves. And those wives were selected among the most elite families, so without asking the bride's idea. They were valued according to giving birth to male children, otherwise, a new bride would come and rule the house. In general, the male slaves were castrated, so the wives/daughters were (thought to be) safe/do not develop any relationships or scandals, or to ensure the slaves will not want to leave the palace to build their lives, get married etc. Divorce was not common regarding the wife's side as far as I know, so seduction, secret lovers were very common in those marriages. No way you leave that guy and return your father's house, which meant a loss of prestige and power for her father. and while it was prestigious for men to have lovers, which can be hoped for another marriage proposal from the mistress' side, it had to be secret for women, which would lead to drink a poisoned drink one evening if exposed. It was such a corrupt time regarding family life, also a life full of fear for the husbands: being poisoned by the spouse or secret enemies around, to get higher ranks around the pharaoh, etc. On the other hand, astronomy, medicine, architecture, agriculture with the cycles of river Nile's overflows (possibly they discovered to organize annual agriculture planning long after Yousuf alaihissalaam's being a minister), also wealth (stripped from the poor with mind blowing taxes), bribery, political tricks, slandering people to cause their execution were at the highest point among all empires that time. Believing in dreams, fortune tellers was so common that it was a routine for many elite families and pharaoh's family. If you tell a bad fortune to the king for his dream, you were done. So ustadh's comments are very much close to the reality, maa sha Allah.
Contd 6.... Suggests that there are a number of doors and a number of locks. So the scene is probably like, she had locked all the other doors leading out from the room she was in except one, from where Yusuf AS had to enter. And then she ordered him: وَقَالَتۡ هَيۡتَ لَـكَؕ As we have seen, it might mean "come here"... She is probably calling him into the room from outside and then locks that door as well after he had entered.. And her phrase (having no precedent again) could also mean "I am ready for you"... It could mean that "I am allowing you". It could mean "its okay, don't be afraid", it could mean "I am here for you", It could mean "its just love, nothing bad". She wanted to make him see evil as beautiful and not ugly... Devil beautifies evil deeds... This is a dangerous and powerful tactic to pull other into your own universe and alter their sense of good and evil... According to the other meaning its like a command, "hurry up and get over here"... It doesn't seem seductive coming from the owner of the house to a slave... Allah always commands never even to come near it. Like it has its own gravitational field and the closer you come the more you are sucked in. And she wants him to come closer and closer. The psychological aspect of physical proximity is that as it you go nearer and nearer, your reasoning mind your slow brain stops functioning, you stop realizing what you are doing... and the beast inside, the fast brain takes over and when you come to your senses later, its already too late. So its like she is saying, "you think too much, just stop it and come here.." But remember that Allah has taught Yusuf AS the interpretation of all kinds of speech and he is smart enough to know her intentions... He knows what the usual "come here" means and what this "come here" means... So his immediate response is: قَالَ مَعَاذَ اللّٰهِ Here معاذ can be a ظرف or a مصدر... As a مصدر, it means "refuge of Allah"... As a ظرف it means that I am not in a safe place or time and safety in terms of time and place is only with Allah... So through Yusuf AS, Allah is teaching us a very powerful lesson that certain times and certain places might not be safe and you have to watch out as by going there you might loose the refuge of Allah... Today you don't need an Egyptian elite damsel to call you "ھیت لک"... Your mobile phone can send you several notifications of "ھیت لک"...!!! Its like a "ھیت لک" world we are living in... And so close that it just needs a touch of a finger... Notice that اعوذ in Arabic is used for plants that cling around the bark of a tree. It is also used for meat that keeps clinging to the bone and won't come off. When Yusuf said "معاذ اللہ" he meant that I am going to cling to Allah and won't let go... Here is a woman who wants to cling on him and he wants to cling on to Allah... The devil and that woman are trying to pull him (راود) and he just wants to keep clinging to Allah... Subhan Allah... Tells us that even prophets need Allah to save themselves... Consider that its a promiscuous society, doors locked, woman ready, worldly "safety" guaranteed.... But still he calls for "safety" to Allah... Because he knows what safety actually is and where it lies... Notice that in this situation, Yusuf AS is not the slave, its actually her who is a slave of her desire... She is totally selfish for fulfilling her desire. But Yusuf totally refuses to enter her universe. In surah Hashr Allah says that those who forget Allah, Allah makes them forget themselves... Here she wants Yusuf to forget himself and he is not willing to forget Allah and hence his own self... Subhan Allah.. Now she has 2 options... She could play on his fear by becoming enraged or she could play on his pity by becoming sad, upset, broken down etc. She probably decides to terrify him and makes it clear that she is in a habit of getting what she wants and she is not going to change that... So Yusuf AS adds this:
And the lady, in whose house he lived, tried to seduce him. She locked the doors ˹firmly˺ and said, “Come to me!” He replied, “Allah is my refuge! It is ˹not right to betray˺ my master, who has taken good care of me. Indeed, the wrongdoers never succeed.” yusuf verse 23 this was the fitnah that yusuf as was placed in,once Allah mention his quality, maturity, hikmah, hilm, his ehsan, than immediately Allah put him the test the sequence of this ayat, when Allah gave you something good, than that good is put to the test, that is the nature of struggle in the world. in this part,we find the devil is skimming again,he is in the house of residence, the first we learn about the house hold the husband told his wife honour his residence,we have good hope for his future, from a social point of view, a young man who is wise beyond his years, clearly educated, even his master make him in charge of decision making. what a point of guidance from this ayat this conservation about a broken marriage we have one scenes ayat 21 where he is a chil bought to the service of this ministers house, and being told to the wife take care of him,he have a bright future, then Allah describe his maturity وَرَاوَدَتْهُ الَّتِيْ هُوَ فِيْ بَيْتِهَا عَنْ نَّـفْسِهٖ the one whose house he was try to seduce him وَغَلَّقَتِ الْاَ بْوَا بَ and she lock all the door, from the shaddah it not just multiple door, multiple locking وَقَا لَتْ هَيْتَ لَـكَ haitalak it means come over here or i am ready for you ۗ قَا لَ مَعَا ذَ اللّٰهِ yusof says Allah refuges اِنَّهٗ رَبِّيْۤ اَحْسَنَ مَثْوَايَ my master have been really good in taking care of me اِنَّهٗ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ certainly does who doing wrong never get what they want or never they be happy. there are 2 individual in this ayat, there is yusuf in the room and the owner of his house the quran describe him as imratihi(his wife) the language using is الَّتِيْ هُوَ فِيْ بَيْتِهَا the one in whose house she was, this maybe a hint to the ancient world, the ancient world politicians, governers, elites, royal have multiple house its also can be the ancient world, the king, royal and minister have their own chamber, their have their own residence of situation. slave back day, they are like furniture on they wall, they dont thing them as human being. رَاوَدَتْهُ the words rererring seduce him it suggest something, pattern,it take continuously they are a process of seduction, verbs accour in this pattern suggest there are two party, one party is trying to conquer and overcome to be victorious over them. one trying to do something to other, and the other fighthing back, the other not letting it happen she try to seduce him,and he try to fight it off, both side capture in the word rawada his not giving her even a little bit of attention, رَاوَدَ rawaida also use when someone try to get you something,it goes and come, allusi also says to demand something gently it shows the gentle demand work on going and when all the stuff failed,we get the extreme way. هَيْتَ لَـكَ that someone talking so violence and presented it in a language that it the best thing ever i just want you,my hearts for you. the devil he call you something heinous in the sight of Allah, but between us we knew this is something beautiful, this is real love, there could be a powerful things that can flip your mind, they created alternative reality and pull your slowly and slowly. قَا لَ مَعَا ذَ اللّٰهِ the safe place are with Allah,i seek refuge from Allah yusuf teaching us some places are not safe, you might loose the refuge of Allah. uzz in arabic comes from plant that wrapped around that bark on tree that cling to it,it also mean a meat on a bone when you slaughter an animal it wont tear off, cling to the bone when yusof says maazallah it mean i am going to cling to Allah, and not let it go.
Sometimes I feel so passioned about the rest of the story that I want to pass to the next episode , but suddenly realize that this is not the Netflix series. Hope you will keep going after Ramadan inshaAllah.
My notes on these lectures. Feel free to share. Plz do inform me in case of any mistakes... .......... And the one, in whose house he was, tried to seduce him and she locked all the doors. And she said, "I am ready for you" (or, "come to me"... Both are correct). He said, "(I seek) Allah's refuge, my master (could be both Allah and the minister) has been really good in taking care of my housing. Certainly those who do wrong never get what they want." When Allah gives you something good, He puts you to test to make it known how good that good actually is. So here comes the test in the very next ayah... Consider in the light of previous ayah that Yusuf AS is a young man blessed with wisdom, knowledge, intelligence, confidence, spiritual and moral excellence, and perfect beauty on top of that. So he obviously became a focus of gravitating attention, obviously with no intention for that whatsoever. The ayah depict 2 humans in its 2 parts. One is a married woman who wants to commit an evil act and the other is an unmarried young man who wants to avoid it... Allah also wants to warn us that even married people can fall into the fitna of zina. And very importantly, that people who don't intend to be involved in zina may sometimes find themselves caught in situations with great temptation for it... Hence either marriage or trying to remain chaste do not guarantee that you would actually remain safe from this huge fitna if and when it comes... Finding someone attractive and moving on is okay but taking further steps to build a relationship, is not. Indicates that the house was under her charge and management and she ran the show, instead of the minister himself, who probably is mostly not home. It is interesting to note that Allah is not calling her the minister's wife here as if she does not deserve that label on this occasion. Importance of the relationship of Marriage: The first relationship created by Allah on this earth was that of marriage. It comes even before parenthood. As if Allah decreed that the way humans will interact with each other, its foundation would be in the institution of marriage. (contd...)

THE BEST USTADH AND TEACHINGS! ALHAMDULILLAH
This series is like my drug!!
Same
ok stop now
Thank you my beloved ustadh. You are one in a billion. 🌼
Love these in depth quran series! Mashallah would love to listen to more from bayyinah

Allah gives us something as good that He puts it in test.. And lot more pieces of advice for spouse and wife
Contd 5...
An imaginary profile of this lady would be like:
She is married and is probably not happy with her marriage.

(Later سَنُراوِدُہ used by brethren of Yusuf when they plan to bring Benjamin with them while convincing Yaqub AS.)
So راود means to gently pull someone... But from what:
From himself...
He knows how to turn an hour into 20 seconds and lives you wondering what would be next.
Excellent lecture & detail analysis..JAK & Thank You.
Alhamdulilah ❤
Hmmm.. i feel Yusuf is extremely professional and his moral compass is so high and further more growing up in that household with her, he must have seen how she have affairs with other servants etc? Furthermore he sees the minister as his father/teacher.. So he knows to avoid a scandal, he does not want to betray the minister, he is afraid of Allah. Yusuf is teaching us how to behave at work or when we’re away from our spouse. Always seek refuge from the devil.
It is really knowledgeable and informative sir.
Carry on ustaz.. Haters will remains haters... I love listening to all of ur lectures.. Even tho not every info can stick ard my head🤭 salam from #sg

May Allah blesses with the wisdom and ilm of Yusuf AS and Ustadh Noman Ali khan. Ustadh is no less than a star
I wait for these videos almost like I wait for Maghrib
Amazing MASHALLAH
I'm not able to close these video. Continuosly watching next video. It's so amazing ❤️.
Mashaa Allah ❤️
The way he explained......!!!!😍😁😅😂🤣
Serra jazakallah khair
Contd 6....
Suggests that there are a number of doors and a number of locks. So the scene is probably like, she had locked all the other doors leading out from the room she was in except one, from where Yusuf AS had to enter. And then she ordered him:
وَقَالَتۡ هَيۡتَ لَـكَؕ
As we have seen, it might mean "come here"...
So its like she is saying, "you think too much, just stop it and come here.."
But remember that Allah has taught Yusuf AS the interpretation of all kinds of speech and he is smart enough to know her intentions... He knows what the usual "come here" means and what this "come here" means... So his immediate response is:
قَالَ مَعَاذَ اللّٰهِ
Here معاذ can be a ظرف or a مصدر...
اِنَّهٗ رَبِّىۡۤ اَحۡسَنَ مَثۡوَاىَؕ اِنَّهٗ لَا يُفۡلِحُ الظّٰلِمُوۡنَ
Truly truly insightful comment!!
Read it multiple times.
Gave me a whole new perspective on this Surah!!
Jazak Allah!
Thank you for this amazing explanation :)
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala berfirman:
And the lady, in whose house he lived, tried to seduce him. She locked the doors ˹firmly˺ and said, “Come to me!” He replied, “Allah is my refuge! It is ˹not right to betray˺ my master, who has taken good care of me. Indeed, the wrongdoers never succeed.” yusuf verse 23
this was the fitnah that yusuf as was placed in,once Allah mention his quality, maturity, hikmah, hilm, his ehsan, than immediately Allah put him the test
the sequence of this ayat, when Allah gave you something good, than that good is put to the test, that is the nature of struggle in the world.
in this part,we find the devil is skimming again,he is in the house of residence, the first we learn about the house hold the husband told his wife honour his residence,we have good hope for his future,
from a social point of view, a young man who is wise beyond his years, clearly educated, even his master make him in charge of decision making.
what a point of guidance from this ayat
this conservation about a broken marriage
we have one scenes ayat 21 where he is a chil bought to the service of this ministers house, and being told to the wife take care of him,he have a bright future, then Allah describe his maturity
the one whose house he was try to seduce him
and she lock all the door, from the shaddah it not just multiple door, multiple locking
haitalak it means come over here
or i am ready for you
yusof says Allah refuges
my master have been really good in taking care of me
certainly does who doing wrong never get what they want or never they be happy.
there are 2 individual in this ayat, there is yusuf in the room and the owner of his house
the quran describe him as imratihi(his wife)
the language using is
the one in whose house she was,
this maybe a hint to the ancient world, the ancient world politicians, governers, elites, royal have multiple house
its also can be the ancient world, the king, royal and minister have their own chamber, their have their own residence of situation.
slave back day, they are like furniture on they wall, they dont thing them as human being.
the words rererring seduce him
it suggest something,pattern,it take continuously
they are a process of seduction,
verbs accour in this pattern suggest there are two party, one party is trying to conquer and overcome to be victorious over them.
one trying to do something to other, and the other fighthing back, the other not letting it happen
she try to seduce him,and he try to fight it off, both side capture in the word rawada
his not giving her even a little bit of attention,
rawaida also use when someone try to get you something,it goes and come,
allusi also says to demand something gently
it shows the gentle demand work on going and when all the stuff failed,we get the extreme way.
that someone talking so violence and presented it in a language that it the best thing ever
i just want you,my hearts for you.
the devil he call you something heinous in the sight of Allah, but between us we knew this is something beautiful, this is real love, there could be a powerful things that can flip your mind, they created alternative reality and pull your slowly and slowly.
the safe place are with Allah,i seek refuge from Allah
yusuf teaching us some places are not safe, you might loose the refuge of Allah.
uzz in arabic comes from plant that wrapped around that bark on tree that cling to it,it also mean a meat on a bone when you slaughter an animal it wont tear off, cling to the bone
when yusof says maazallah it mean i am going to cling to Allah, and not let it go.
Sometimes I feel so passioned about the rest of the story that I want to pass to the next episode , but suddenly realize that this is not the Netflix series.
Hope you will keep going after Ramadan inshaAllah.
God bless you
JazakAllahu Khair Ustad...May Allah preserve you and increase the likes of you AAMEEN
U inspire Alhamdulillah

Assalaa moe alaykoem. Jazaakallaah Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan. We appreciate the knowledge you sharing in a beautiful manner
The explanation in sarf really helps. Please give more of it if possible.
Certainly those who do wrong never get what they want."
When Allah gives you something good, He puts you to test to make it known how good that good actually is.
Importance of the relationship of Marriage:
The first relationship created by Allah on this earth was that of marriage. It comes even before parenthood. As if Allah decreed that the way humans will interact with each other, its foundation would be in the institution of marriage.
(contd...)
