- On Piers Morgan Uncensored, Fiona Harvey repeatedly denied stalking Richard Gadd in real life, describing the show as “a work of fiction, a work of hyperbole”.
The 58-year-old claimed that she was prepared to go to a court of law to defend herself against allegations made in the series.
When Morgan asked if she will “categorically be taking legal action”, she replied: “Absolutely, against both him (Gadd) and Netflix.”

I thought Piers got it spot on - pushed her just enough to be insightful without tipping her over the edge
Fiona is now demanding 1 million from Piers for the interview.
When Martha asked him, "Did someone hurt you? Who was it?" he truly felt her concern and appreciated it for a while. He didn't tell the police about Martha because she's the kind of person who enjoys looking after others. But eventually, it became too much for him to handle.
Richard Gadd did something really brave by telling his personal stories, even if some of them could make people treat him unfairly. By sharing, he's not only helping himself feel better but also showing others that they're not alone if they're going through tough times too. It's like he's saying, "Hey, I've been there too." That kind of openness can make people feel more connected and supported.
We need to remember stalking is a crime and hundreds of victims have been killed. Let's not make this Fiona Harvey a victim.
In this case, Richard Gadd has obviously made up most of what happened in the show he says is “emotionally true.” This woman is now receiving death threats. Just like in the show, he brings harm to others and himself to further his own interests

The whole Piers Morgan interview reminded me of the interview where Michael Jackson denied ever having had any plastic surgery.
Piers will be her next victim. Immediately she said I am one year younger than you.
And she said the actress is about 18 years younger than her because she's around 38 or 40! My first thought was perhaps a keyboard was required.

Yes, it was almost on a par with the Prince Andrew interview. A bit of a car crash which in the most part won’t have won her many sympathisers. There was just something about her that just didn’t make her believable. If others do come forward, she’ll probably just deny it or try to turn it around that they were harassing her.

First of all, at first she claimed she wasn't contacting him and then gradually admitted there was more contact, she said she has FOUR phones and 6 Emails. She then tried to say he must have forged all the handwritten letters. She suggested that we should watch and judge....my verdict is that she did everything she was accused of.
If he's kept the alleged letters and she didn't write them, her fingerprints / forensic wouldn't be on the letters . So if she is innocent, she should mention that to her lawyers.
Im not saying she is not at fault but he does encourage her. i feel gadd wants money fame. no mention of the rapist in the drama ?
How can it be true? She didn't sexually assault him, a male did. He isn't mentioned. She wasn't charged, she never served time and there are 18 tweets. No emails for anyone to see, no voice recordings to hear. She's a lawyer. What part is actually true? Considering it's all meant to be a true story.

To be fair, I’ve got about six different email addresses… it’s easy to accumulate… it only gets weird when you start using them to stalk people 😂😂😂
Most active people actually do have an average of 4-6 email addresses; whether they realize it or not (gmail, outlook, work, cable). And do only use them for specific communications.
That point she used is quite realistic.
I DO believe she really needs help, is in her own reality and could be seriously damaged by public opinion.
If anything, she needs someone to tell her story, from childhood on, to provide insight on how she landed here.
I have 5-6 different emails too. One is for job prospects, one for junk mail, one for school emails etc.

She has a "tell". She has a habit of talking about something else just before she answers the question put to her. She make it look like she is finishing a sentence but often she is saying something unprompted, she completes that sentence then answers the question. This gives a a chance to think about what her next response will be. She’s really skilled at it. It’s really fast but she did it throughout this interview. I only noticed it because I found it so infuriating that she rarely answered a question directly without going off on a tangent and talking about thing that weren’t relevant. She made a lot of filler comments I’ve done the same thing when I didn’t know the answer to something or don’t want to answer a question directly. It’s a poor attempt at deflecting.

She didn't deny having a law degree she said she had an ordinary degree which doesn't get a classification - eg like a BA without honours. So an LLB without Honours. An ordinary degree does get classified in Scotland as Distinction, Merit or Pass though we don't know exactly where she studied. She didn't want to say she did not have a distinction. Instead she said "I did alright" and "not as good as my politics degree because it was the 80's and we didn't do any work in those days". Do people not actually listen? On average people have 2 email addresses. It is easy to see how she may have more then.

My point exactly, what's wrong with people it's been explained over and over on social media but people still try making her look stupid over it. I thought it was over 4 years so 28 a day. I obviously don't know the truth but I saw some of the tweets she supposedly sent. Mostly one liners asking how he is and who he's voting for and small talk. If she's sent anything sinister Gadd should show someone and get this finally sorted so they can both get closure. Maybe he should have pressed charges years ago when it allegedly happened. She might have gotten help and it might have helped him too. It's quite a sad situation and not handled very well.
As much as I wanted to believe her, I'm still on the fence. She picked up on unimportant things such as accents and looks and would not answer anything about her degree in law.
I just got the impression she had terrible grades and was embarrassed.
This woman may be lying but this man Gadd accused her of:
1.Making allegations against his father to his employer. And threatening the entire family.
2. Attacking his ex girlfriend.
3. Attacking his ex trans girlfriend.
4.Crashing his comedy show.
5. S3xually Assaulting him by the river.
6. Going to prison for stalking a previous employer.
7.Going to jail for stalking him.
He has not proven any of this stuff as true...but created a 6 part series about her and shared it with the entire world...yet people are ok with how he's destroyed this woman's life. You can not make up stuff like that and label it as a true story. This is not ok. His fans are sending this woman death threats for allegations he's making.

Well was there a court case and was she convicted surely Piers could have found proof of that? If it was an exaggeration, with some very serious allegations that are fictional that is not how Netflix protrayed it and this could have serious consequences on Fiona especially if she has mental health problems. It also casts doubt on the portrayal of Darrien who individuals are claiming to know the identity of also. I guess what i would like to see is Gadd and Netflix come clean on what is true and what is fictional.

Did Netflix approach the rapist? Probably not. Many series or films are "based" on true events. The difference with this one is people imediatly went onto the internet to work out who the stalker and abuser were.

Baby Reindeer is one of the very best shows I've watched in a long time. Yes, its about a stalker, but its much more about being human and all the complexities that come along with it. There was never a victim mentality in the show. Regardless of the content...by the end, you will relate to it, and thats what was so refreshing about it.

I had a nosy at her Facebook page. Three people with her name popped up but they were all for the same person. I had a look on one- I’d say that she has an obsessive personality, if nothing else.
I think others have made accounts with her name to engage people.
Documentaries, etc on Reindeer won't happen because of the threat of lawsuits, etc. I've already seen Piers on a talk show after the interview, really soft-pedaling everything, toning it down, not saying anything negative without a heavy veil over it.
