@@propicker There are entire cabinet decals to cover the whole sides and front. You just have to clean up the sides fill any holes or dents and have it smooth and ready for application. I just watched someone do it here on TH-cam. I posted the link to you, but TH-cam removes links I think....
My favorite arcade game was Space Harrier. I was addicted to that game. Every time I got a break at my job, as a teenager, I would rush down to the pizza joint in inside the mall that I worked at, grab a pizza by the slice and a Coke and proceed to eat pizza between levels. If I had a chance to buy an actual Space Harrier arcade console, that would be the one.
That Arcade machine is one year younger than our marriage. :) I'd love to see you clean it up and get it going. I loved to play Tetris so that would be my retro machine. Well done.
I started collecting in 08 and converted my garage to a full on arcade with 33 games. I got many dead machines that worked fine with cleaning connections. I eventually got into full monitor rebuilds and a rejuvinator to revive, or kill, a tube. Spend a little time cleaning stuff. I saw a mention of leif switches, Google it and see if they have leif or micro switch controller and buttons. If it's leif I'd leave it, that's the authentic part for the machine. A lot of people are butchering vintage machines to make an lcd 60 in 1 trash can and you can get decent monitirs from them. On my 83 Atari Star Wars I did a mechanical restoration and left the outside of the game worn although it was home use a good portion of its life it still had public use damage
That's super cool to have 33 games setup in your garage! I've seen some pretty awesome setups on TH-cam, just unfortunate we don't have the available space for something like that. Now if a virtual on cabinet ever makes it's way into my hands I'll have to make some space. I appreciate the insight on the Ms. Pacman machine!
Damn! This Ms. Pac-Man is so cool...You should do a series of videos here on the restoration progress! That would be so fun to watch! I always admired your fearlessness in buying things that are huge like that! Ever since you purchased that massive blow up dinosaur in that Goodwill a few years back. And yes, I have been watching you guys since day one and watched you get to be a massive reseller! It helps that I learned a lot from you too! Thank you and both of you keep up the amazing work!

On other reselling channels I see comments calling the channel owners scumbags, con artists, scammers, cheap, telling them that they ripped the person off and they should have paid more for things. Its really refreshing to see comments from viewers that realize this is how you pay your bills, its literally your job and your business. Of course you want to save money and get awesome deals! I'm sure you get the occasional rude/stupid comment. Just an observation. Great score on the Ms. Pac-Man.🤯 You guys are funny and nice people, I enjoy your videos. I'd probably want to own NBA Jam. Whatever it is, it's gotta be a game that you ultimately can't finish. I'd hope to want to keep playing it for years and years. Great find and video!
Pro tip: when buying an arcade game always try and check inside of it to make sure everything’s secure in it, and check for bugs, termites, etc. as that would be a pass. But, for $50 that was a steal in parts alone. Give it a good wipe down, inside and out, vacuum inside, add new leg levelers, new t-molding, new cpo, new fluorescent bulb and starter and should be good to go for now. Everything you need for that game on the web is on arcade shop. Good score!
I just scored a jackpot for video games! I got video game books on how to play and beat the games. I got Wii and Wii U games and consoles. Xbox 360 console. PS3 console and Wii and Wii U games and 3DS games. And game cube games and a game cube. Misc controllers. All for free!!!
Great yard sales and items! Once you fix that Ms. Pac Woman she will be good to go (I know it’s Ms. PAC Man) , but she’s a girl 😂😂😂 It will be up to you what you decide to do with it. I think you should live your dream and find more if you get deals. Have a wonderful week ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
Awesome deal on the Ms Pacman. Even if you can't fix the joystick, you can get a new one for less than $40. You can get a new overlay for the control panel for less than $30. The monitor is usually the main issue, but yours looks like it is working great and has good color. Couldn't tell of it had the t-molding, but that should be pretty cheap. You need some new leveling feet on all four corners. Again pretty easy and cheap fix. If you want to go all out you can order new vinyl side art for a couple hundred bucks. Same for the marquee maybe another $50. I've seen them go for a couple grand all restored.
I guess it depends where you live. I’ve been collecting and restoring arcades for over 20yrs and I’ve turned down so many free Ms pac man machines that were complete and working because here in Florida there everywhere and the demand is low. I think I have enough parts laying around to build three machines. None the less good find at a yard sale.
I wish we had garage sales like this where I live - unfortunately we have over a dozen dealers that absolutely demolish garage sales here - they will often ring ahead if the seller has advertised the sale with pictures and ask the sellers to hold items for them - we had a garage sale at my mother in laws place when she passed it was advertised to start at 7am we had dealers outside at 5am waiting to get in - fortunately I knew most of them so when they tried there tricks like bundling $50 dollars worth of stuff and asking would I do the whole lot for $10 I was all over it - a lot of them left empty handed because I would deliberately up the price if I new who they were 👍a lot of normal people left that day with some great bargains- I even went as far as dropping the price for an item to somebody when a dealer had just offered me $5 more (while he was still there) he stormed out 😂😂great video keep up the good work

Nick pickup on the golf clubs . Easiest way to turn 10$ bill into 100$
Oh for sure, it's become one of our biggest categories!
Keep it! Those are rare....even if it's on the back burner for awhile. It'll wait. My fave was Galaga. Jess, I like your hair! Great color and side braid. That mirror is awesome! Both of you are always spying out good finds!
I'd restore it and keep it. I'm a collector and have gotten a few for $50 usually not working but a few working only one for free working so far.
Galaga is my favorite and wherever I go I put in one quarter and achieve the top score in one try. Your wife is an awesome picker and knows her stuff.
Restore it, keep it in the barn. You can tell you love it.
Mrs Packman is an awesome find! Hope you can get it fixed and cleaned up a bit so that everything works. Thanks for the video.
Sale the machine, you guys have so much going on in your life! ❤️
