He's carrying them so he has the right to do so
The Singed is really not that hard to deal with but instead of actually dealing with it he's just standing there and complaining which is weird. I've never seen him done that before and he really complains a lot this game.

@@gonark4387 bro the game was not that tough. The Akali is super fed, if he just did his job properly and not complain in the middle of a team fight they would have ended the game earlier. I guess earlier games or playing too much League tilt him or something.
