The C sets refuse to go down without a fight 😂.
Love the ending! What a beautiful shot of the dark morning sky with an XPT, lovely
Spoiler much
@@RailTownProductions don't read the comments before the video then. simple
3:10 That is T74! My favourite suburban Tangara!
@Nathan DunnTangara set T74 did the last Epping to Chatswood service, Cool you saw it today too. :)
@Nathan Dunn Yes I know about T53 as well, but T74 was also my stalker set for a while. :)
That is an unexpected surprise with the C Set
Sadly it got cancelled at Campbelltown due to issues with air conditioning in C3588.
Rip
they should of made C7 & C3 The sets then
Great Video! Love that classic sound of the Waratah (I think) accelerating from 10:09. :)
@Samuel Glenn Oop. Sorry. My bad. :)
nice video as always phil :)
i hope that they keep a set so we can have a rare day for when they need a extra train a day
Later that had aircon failure then it was pulled out of service at campbelltown
I discovered that on Wikipedia.
First of all I thought all of them were scrapped
@@Sjwilliams07 I put that there!
@@SydneyMetroVlogs didn't u say it was cancelled?
@@joeslimoz It was, but this was in the early morning.
The exact 2 C sets that did the tour. I noticed that there are still are few 8 car C sets at Flemington & an 8 car set at everleigh today.
Yes they did.
C1 and C5 is a stand by train. It will be at FMC till April
@Nathan Dunn it's a casual train, so it will only be out if needed.
Fmc?
@@AdamsCarWashVids Flemington maintenance centre it stands for
How did you know about this? This driver really must be allocated to C sets ( to drive ). Lucky him and lucky you!
Many sources bro
A month later, and C1 and C5 tonight were on run 98 while being on run 9 in the morning, and the night before being on run 13, so they aren't leaving without a fight
Oh wow didn't see that coming!
So that's why I saw a C set on Tripview.
Where was the Tangara going
Departing platform 22
C1 & C5 was on a K set roster, K82 was on the Olympic Park line replacing an M set. So this should be the reason why C1 & C5 was called out
Dont know why they kept the k sets but not the c sets
Nice vlog!
Phil I have 4 requests can you please do a vlog at Strathfield, Homebush, Flemington and Lidcombe please
I remember the older trains in the 70s
These are my favourites to train surf
Thanks Phil.
Just curious on why are C sets are retired earlier than K set which are older?
Theres less C Sets and they prefer to retire entire sets if possible
What line was was the service and what time and place did the train depart for its service
she said it was on the city circle.
It was on runs 47/844/44 T3/T8 Lines
I just did 2 hours of train spotting at Wollongong I saw the picnic train and I saw two of my storker sets h54 and h10 and I saw h13 no tangarras
what is a storker set?
@@SamSitar A "Stalker Set" is when you see one specific set continuosly
I passed it about 8:20 at newtown and thought “what the!?”
You know I got a c set but I was confused why I thought they were scrapped
Why did they referbish the platform, what was wrong with the other ones 😔
It was getting old and out of fashion.
It just looks dull now lmao 😂
What do you do for work?
Gardening
any reason why ?
AYO WTH, NOBODY ALERTED ME ABOUT THIS.... NO FAIR ))):
no one cares
@Nathan Dunn thats just a rip
