As a female, I look up to female scholars and speakers . No, I do not feel jealousy nor am I against gathering motivation to become a better muslimah from another fellow sister. The generalization made by the Sheikh was too extreme and quite insulting towards women.Sadly, he doesnt even realize it himself. And I agree with Mohammad Hijab wholeheartedly.

@@mohamedmylastnameisibrahim1606 what I meant was that the mothers of the believers did not teach the Sahaba in front of them and it was never like a lesson or a lecture where a woman spoke in front of men(but they did in front of women), but the Sahaba used to ask them outside of their homes and the Sahabiyyat used to reply behind a curtain. I'm not talking about the niqab as a fard or not, I'm talking about the way Muslim women used to teach, and surely it was not the case that a Muslim Woman would speak in front of strangers men when Men could do it. If you want to know what scholars have/had to say about this, you can easily find it on the internet, but the strongest proof that should convince you is the way female scholars used to behave, it's a Sunnah fi'liyyah. There are many very logical reasons other then the reason what was brought up in this video why all the Prophet's were men, in most societies around the world at the time of the Prophets men were the only prowl who would speak in public and be listened to, men were the leaders, female prophets would have a much much more difficult time getting people to listen to them and it would lessen the chance by a lot that the message would be accepted by people, also the Prophets went through many physical hardships, going hungry being beaten and fighting battles,, women are not even close to being as capable to men in this area, men are obviously much more physically strong then women, female prophets would have another disadvantage in that when they married they would have children, and this is sonthung preety much every did, they had children, many children, and this a part of Islam to have children, when women would bevome pregnant they would not be able to keep up with their tasks of Prophethood, alsoin the time of the Prophets many societies men and women werr segragated, there were many places and gatherings were women were not allowed to enter bbut men had much more freedom of movement in differ be t places, how would women be able effectively convey the message of Islam? Also it was very undade for women to travel alone, they wee often abducted and abused, also men rape women it's almost min existent that adult women rape adult men, so many many reasons for this, and Allah knows best.

this is over-exaggerating. In fact, I believe this is your own opinion not real Islam teachings. islam is a moderate religion... it is allowed for women to appear in front of men but it is not allowed to behave in a tempting way. it is allowed to talk to men but it is not allowed to not be respectful in the way she talks or move. it is allowed that women appear to be beautiful but it is not allowed to be attractive. You make Islam awful and ugly and nonsensical. return to Sunnah and quran and you will find nothing like that, your approach is the full awful exaggeration of everything that will make people feel no beauty in Islam at all!. Islam is religion of peace, of communication, of beauty, of strong personalities, of loud voices and determined opinions, of leaders, of all true and normal life but with an extra topping of chastity and respect. it's teaching you to act with women, all the time and see her as a great human being, as a sister, as a person and forget her feminine side (and that's what Hijab is supposed to be doing). Islam didn't ask me to stay at home, it just asked to opposite, it asked me to talk and discuss and live with my full potential with the whole world, covered, modest, respectful and even humorous(it's ok and fine and healthy). and that's exactly what makes it amazing and clean and fun.. I can now reveal my self, my personality, my soul, my voice and share it with everyone without exposing my feminine side. this is the true idea behind the idea of hijab and modesty. I do not understand what's the problem when I dress modestly and in a beautiful respectful clothes and communicate with the world!! In fact this is what I am supposed to do! Islam didn't come to make us something very disturbing. if women with their hijab and respectful manners are still very disturbing to men, then these men should go and see a psychologist to solve their problems. things must not be handled like this, it has to be according to situations and according to everyone taste and culture as lond as the basic rules are followed. I hate my beloved religion everytime I hear stuff like that. I used to listen to similar ideas when I was younger and I ended up being closed, depressed, feeling autistic and unable to socialize with the world around me. stop making rules in life according what you think or what you really want for your wives/daughters. you are not saying the true teachings of Islam, it's what you desire for your families. you are saying your "Hawa". I understand that maybe you are over protecting your wives or daughters, maybe you think like this out of jealousy.. but this doesn't make it a fact in Islam, I believe some people are way more conservative than Islam itself! and that's ok as long as you take it as a a guiding for your family or your community, but this does not make it part of Islam. because according to my Fitra, my little studies of Fiqh and little readings, I totally beileve that my beautiful open-minded perfect religion is not like what you are claiming. also, this will make a lot of people run away from this, because it is terrible that way.. believe me it is terrible.......
Anyway, that was a kind of rage I felt as I watched this video. I am sorry of anything I said if it was offensive..may god bless you in what you do, I am only criticizing your approach. and again, my tone was harsh a little bit, but it's just because I am terribly desperate because of this, and generally because of many similar approaches that appear to be very extreme. also, sorry for my bad structure of sentences, I was typing quickly.

Absolutely not... but I am very frustrated with many things in Islam... and these are mostly things I'm told I can not do or can not think or can not believe. The fear of being judged as a revert is great.... this is a problem. I'm not a teenager, I'm not even a young adult... I have intelligence, life experience, empathy and understanding for SO many people who are in the same situation as me. Judging others is unfortunately a human phenomena whether you are a Muslim or Non-Muslim. I don't understand how you will get rid of people judging you just by leaving Islam.

It goes with the quran when it said don't come close to Zina and the scholars explained this verse as don't do anything that makes zina closer to you and not only don't do zina itself, which means take precautions in matters of dealing with women. @Edge Abdullah no she should be knowledgeable lol. There are definitely female scholars in this world, Alhamdulillah. May there be more sisters who understand and study their deen deeply

So just because someone is not a female they are not allowed to discuss their roles? So that means there needed to be female prophets? Your logic is toxic

@@pali0123 There were female prophets and messengers... It's just most Muslims who seek dominion over women. Like you I presume. And you call me toxic ;)

The sheikh Haytham has a nice space between his teeth, but the sisters can lower their gaze in that case. But not every man is attracted to the same type of look and not all women are attracted to the same type of man. But fitna is still there and should be guarded bc there's every reason to protect marriages, families and also the youth who are struggling with these issues related to free mixing.
