Even though Marx's theme has been remixed an insane amount of times (To the point where some people might even say it's a little overdone), I think the visuals really help this remix feel like its own thing, and help with the several other Kirby melodies thrown into this medley -I guess that could be said about all the Morpho Medley songs, but it feels more prevalent here-
Marx’s theme is a little overrated. That’s still nothing compared to the ungodly amount of unnecessary praise towards Gourmet Race and Zero Two’s theme
I wonder what kumazaki and sakurai meant by toning down the fight in ultimate... did they put legitimate gory attacks? Spoopy jumpscare attacks? ...hmm...
They probably were going to make his appearance much scarier, but they had to tone it down to avoid the age rating going up for frightening images or something like that.
Might I just say, its been 3 years later and I STILL listen to this. Marx has always been my favorite but I think it’s because of out of place he feels. Of course kirby games have terrifying final bosses, but they’re usually beings with no emotion or pure negative energy. Or gods of destruction, marx is literally just a guy on a planet who “wanted help” the scary part about him isn’t his power but his mind. If nova gave him these powers as his wish, that means he THOUGHT of those disgusting body morphing attacks. Makes you wonder what messed up marxs brain to where his dreams are others nightmares.

With the first listen, it comes very fast, making it hard to comprehend, though, each additional listen makes the song so much better. Honestly, your mage sisters remix seemed odd on the first listen, but each additional listen made me love it more and more. Marx has got to have, by far, one of the most chaotic themes, and on my current first listen, there was sooo much going on, though I know for a damn fact, that I'll love this theme by the 3rd listen. I mean, I'm darn nostalgic for marx's theme, let alone your original marx remix, though this, this is something else. I genuinely love how it gives off a different, but similar tone to the original. @@RedStorm54 are you talking about Soul or Normal? Marx is stupidly easy in Super Star. Even if you don’t kill him in 10 seconds with a partner or 2 hammer flips, his attacks can all easily be inhaled, he has pretty obvious attack cues, was sorta slow in general, and his health still goes down fast. With Spirits Marx is probably easier in Ultimate, although that all depends on which spirit, and if you’re even using spirits due to classic mode. In Classic he’s much harder.

Marx is such a good final boss fight that every other final boss in the last ten years has copied his four-directional Cutter attack.
But then Marx Soul copies the paint attack from Drawcia Soul which Sectonia Soul also copies
