I think the game needs to dig back into it's destructive roots and simply just focus on being fun first.
Also, consintely 10k numbers on steam isn't bad numbers at all. Idk why people are expecting this to constantly have 100k daily.
Therr should be so much destruction that we need gadgets/specs to rebuild the map😂

The game can have 10k players and be in perfect condition. The important thing is that it doesn't keep dropping below that number month after month.
My only gripe with the 10k is that as an Oceania player, Bank It, world Tour, Both TA modes basically don't exist. Would be nice to have enough players to actually play the modes in the game
I never thought of ranked TA as a mainstay for the game, i just think it was a really risky move by the developers to receive as much feedback as ever. And putting it in the spotlight it forced players to be vocal about their thoughts and opinions on the game.
All that to say, season 3 was a testing season. and in season 4, we will see what the devs have learned in the big come up of THE FINALS.
The Yellow to Red Change already happened for everyone who reached Gold 1 in World Tour, you got Red instead of Yellow on every Map already

As a relatively new player one thing that's annoying is dying to gimmicky meta; like getting tased by an invisible player to then getting killed without being able to react. I know all the "fun" weapons and gadgets have their place in the game but they can be so annoying to new player
yea sadly some people play like sissy’s and need all that to get a single kill but things like that will always be around. best you can do is learn how to react to them before they get you

@@SukixChaos Here's an example: Some lights have the tendency to use the stun gun to get free kills and then have the urge to emote/tea bag you like they're better or some shiet

As a casual player I'm so thankful that ranked Cashout is back. The last days I was almost exclusively against emerald players. I really don't stand a chance against these players. I really hope that World Tour in Season 4 will be more casual friendly without all these sweaty players
@schneelux as an emerald player, the meta became horrible when emerald was unlocked. I 100% agree that for both emerald and casual players this iteration was a negative for everyone.

Love this game. Hopefully in the future we get to watch some super sweaty esports with some big name orgs
So with ranked cashout coming back I had an idea for what to replace World tour and it's been something people have been kinda asking for. Check it out, imagine having a perma "steal the spotlight" mode but every week it rotates to feature a different class/premade loadout with different goals/map mods for each class. Then include a weekly "spotlight" leaderboard for the mode an no other rewards. It's simply for fun an ego/bragging rights. Well, maybe it can track how many spotlights you got top slot in,but not important. This mode would be a fun "casuals introduction" into a ranked environment with no pressure. And best of all, this idea would be a constant low effort/low upkeep method for content to fill the gaps between larger drops an also give people a reason to log in every week if everything else has been done.

@@PSIChris And depending on how much of the "game showy" theme you want to embrace, the weapon you all have to use for that game could be decided via a slot machine graphic or spinning wheel lol an have it be random. Only issue there would be people leaving until landing on a weapon they want

I been playiing this game for 5 weeks and im in love. Lets hope it picks up! We need new game modes/limited time modes. Special events. New abilities. And nerfing stun gun for lights!! Of course, Its just too long. Lets go!

The og players need a few signs of gratitude for sticking around. Bringing back what I earned in the trenches of this game would feel like a slap in the face😭 if you get what I mean
I doubt they would have the same rewards or any rewards at all. They can just bring back the LTM or with different rewards
You’re exactly right. If they brought back the stuff we worked for that would suck. Like when I see people wearing the cowboy event stuff and the steal the spotlight gear I know they worked for it and played from the beginning. I’m sure the devs won’t do that tho.

No need for gatekeeps or at some point all veteran players will have no one to play with and dead game on their hands. And any game needs inflow of new players. And if potential new players sees a lot of stuff they missed and will never be able to acquire now - why even bother to begin or stick around.
They could at least release recolors if you want to leave some exclusivity for older players

Since they haven't allowed anyone a chance to earn the closed beta rewards I doubt the old rewards will be re-run. If they did re-run the events they'd have new cosmetics.

Imagine being here from the beginning supporting the game only for them to give the exclusive item you worked for to everyone else. They should make new exclusive cosmetics and stuff instead of giving up the old ones.

Despite how I felt at first when TA replaced ranked, now I'm actually a little sad that it'll likely be shelved as an unranked mode. Funny how that works 😂 Going to be stoked to see the gameshow return to its full glory in S4
I just hope they nail the balance. Terminal Attack doesn’t even need to be ranked, it should hold zero power over the balance philosophy of the game.
I think the reason why there are a ton of sweats and all casual players leav towards the end season is because there are no mid season content, which makes grinding for the same thing boring.

1:26 I’ll have to stop you right there. The changes to cash out have been mixed at best. They’ve caused an extreme amount of third parties and made them an actual issue. The no team wipe and 10% team wipe changes were/are awful, the 30% instant change has issues and the 7 second steal is pointless. Not saying they haven’t done any good, but this season has had very questionable decision making with game balance

1) how will ranked vs world tour rewards work?
2) if the end game progression is based off number of wins like world tour, I might be driven away from the game entirely.
Satisfactory just had their full launch, been enjoying supermarket together with a friend, among other life things. I put an effort in to the finals this season and likely only reaching emerald 2 as I could get to 1, but decided I'd rather just play other things.
I was really suprised coming back from a work trip and taking a bit of time off from the game that the concurrent player reached the lowest I've ever seen (additionally, supermarket together which a friend and I have been enjoying has now almost overtaken the finals)
Really this isn't meant to be doom and gloom, but the finals doesn't have any progression in the game. Vrs is maxed, level is maxed, battle pass is maxed, circuits are complete the only thing left is just trying to grind out some wins which takes all the time.
Idk about cash out being more fair now… I personally get third partied a lot more and I see the worst team in the lobby qualify a lot more than before

Me hoping they eventually grt a server close enough to south africa. The only thing that keeps me from constantly playing is the fact that I get so much lag or super high pings.. and latency issues.
Totally agree with your commentary . I stopped playing this a while back because of cheaters primarily.
Also didnt like the fact I had close to 2800 win points before they released emerald. Then got disnechanted with the idea of grinding tournament wins against people with modfied hardware.

Yeah Medium really needs some kind of semi auto/ manual action rifle. I was thinking some kind of bolt action rifle like light has, but up the caliber and lose the scope. Sorry for the rant here but I’ve also always thought the FCAR should be semi auto, and that could’ve balanced it from the beginning before the nerfs and what not.
As long as the ass terminal attack isn’t in ranked for s4, I’ll be happy

Genuine question, I don't like Terminal Attack, but how is "Cash Out" more of a "game show" than terminal attack?
There is more and uninterrupted action in Cashout, which, I assume, would entertain spectators more.

I love TA too. I prefer team vs team for the ranked mode. And the larger team player count works really well with the Finals.
It makes me really interested in trying a 6v6 or larger team comp mode.

performance needs to be their top 1 priority, the game runs like shit on most hardware

Hey Guys i have a question that i cant find online, what is the reward for completing every circuit challenge ? Last season it was Red eyes and im really curious
I actually disagree with the cashout changes. At first it was a fresh take, but now I can complete the first and second cashouts and still lose by not grabbing all 3 of them. I still lose way more in games when i feel like we did well and will move on.

I really hope they add selecting maps function. Or choosing/banning maps voting (mostly important in ranked). I don’t want to play in syshorizon, it’s so painful for my eyes because of it’s colors. I want to play in my favourite Monaco or new maps such as Kyoto or upcoming ones. I think it’s the most important feature that doesn’t exist right now
