    Thanks for the tips especially regarding the slide and swing door frame. I would like to suggest two tips based on my own experience (1) Seal the grout especially on floor tiles. Application doesn’t take long though it does require that the floor is clean, dry and left unused for up to 72 hours for the seal to really set. Advantage: Grout doesn’t discolour and still looks pristine a few years later (2) Have warm light above the vanity mirror as it helps cast glare-free and shadow-free lighting on one’s face - perfect for shaving or putting on make-up etc.May not be necessary depending on position of the mirror relative to amount of lighting cast by the general light in the bathroom.

      Thank you for sharing! Will consider the sealing out of the grout - maybe right before we go on a vacation 😉 hehe

    The biggest mistake I made was having a small partition curb between the wet floor and the dry floor. You should make the dry floor flush with the partition curb for easier maintenance.

    Thank you for a very informative video! I have qn regarding your toilet bowl. Are they American Standard? And if yes, can you advise if there is any issue with the waste trap position of AS models since the distance is 12 inch instead of the BTO 6 inch? Did you use flexible pan collar or P to S pan collar?

    • @tangshuimoi686
      @tangshuimoi686  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Hi! Yes, our toilet bowls are American Standard Acacia SupaSleek Close Coupled Toilet (CL23075) - we didn't have any issues! Would suggest working closely with your ID/plumber for their advice and communicating with them early before you confirm the purhcases!

    Im not here to criticise but the build in ledges is v badly done, the top portion should have been covered by the edges instead of protruding out from top and it shouldnt be so thick :(

    • @tangshuimoi686
      @tangshuimoi686  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Hi! No worries, thanks for the feedback! We didn't feel that they are thick haha. But yeah the workmanship could be better! Nevertheless, we're happy that we got them ☺
