Thank you so much for your content! We are replacing a 20 year old dual fuel Thermador. We are torn between a Bluestar dual fuel and a (not sure which brand) induction range. You advised against dual fuels in your video on appliances to never buy 2024. Would you please elaborate?

Induction is faster and you get the benefit of the electric oven...Gas ovens are better for roasting...so buy the type better for you
I forgot to say we need a 30 inch range. That is the size you specifically advised against for dual fuel.
