    I keep the interior filter clean so I hope that’s preventing me from taking this huge step in having to dismantle this machine. So far it’s been running great 2 years with dogs and indoor rabbits.

      Hey, may I ask where the interior filter is located? we just can't find it and google is somehow not very helpful either 😅

    Glad I watched this before making the final decision of buying the cinetic vs the filtered version, I have the cy23 they were on sale with similar prices like a 30 dollar difference and I see that the cinetic don't work as well as the one with filters, I had the cy23 when they first released it, I cleaned the filter and it almost never had dust run through the post only thing is two of the roots got clogged with hair and the turbine brush stopped spinning so we just decided to buy the exact same one yesterday only thing is its refurbished, this might help others and the benefits of having a filter on a dyson is if you notice alot more dust caught in the filter its most likely cuz the roots got clogged im sure you wouldn't be able to tell that well with the cinetic ones

    Hi Savage, absolutely saviour helping me find this one! So hidden. Thanks man. Did you ever try and wash it or did you go straight for a new one? My parents’ has built up a ton of hair on the hepa paper inside and started turning grey, and I don’t know if I even want to try give it a wash...

      Correct it is paper and not very robust. I did try to gently blow it out with compressed air but it just fell apart after a mistaken stronger blast.

    Dyson sells this as filterless, if we use this filter for years without changing it, will it release odor or dust into the air? Should I buy a vacuum cleaner with a replaceable HEPA filter?

    • @JeliSpace
      @JeliSpace  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That is what happened with move it began to release a puff of dust when I turned it on and would smell. That's when I got curious and opened it up, at the time I thought perhaps I just need to do a thorough cleaning of the inside. I was surprised to find a filter instead that was nasty 🤢

      In case you didn't find the answer, I took this exact model apart to check the filter last week and it was specifically a T3 torx bit.

    hello friend is possible to clean under water ?

    • @JeliSpace
      @JeliSpace  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe.... Its some kind of paper so you would have to be really gentle and wait for it to fully dry. I wouldn't trust it to that but who knows! Maybe you will find a new trick!

    The post motor filter looks terrible. I thought the cinetic science supposed to filter out most dust and dirt before they reach there. Have you put the machine under extreme use?

    • @JeliSpace
      @JeliSpace  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Only its intended use case for use with pets in the house. It lasted for a while maybe the thought was life of use, but is well made enough to last beyond that time lol!

      Hi Jasper Skallow ,
      I used to have the upright version and it is recommended to wash it with warm water regularly, Note: it is easier to access in the upright. I would assume it is the same material, therefore washable.

    Für einen simplen Filterwechsel den kompletten Staubsauger auseinanderbauen, nicht euer ernst, dass kann doch keineswegs Kundenfreundlich sein, so eine teure scheisse und dann noch rumschrauben müssen, Note 6 setzen.

    • @JeliSpace
      @JeliSpace  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah sadly that was the case, it even said no filters to replace in that advertisement. I guess they were considering that internal filter a life of machine filter, which is just not right at all.
