in dmc4 the characters yell words when attacking like "blast off" while in dmc5 its just "RAHHH"
It's more realistick like the game wantsto be. Nobody says "IRON FIST" when he punch somebody 😅

@@Sonic-oh2ly i hope this can help you get better with dante, start with learning the styles in any order you want and if you don’t know what the styles do for each level just read it in the customize menu. Then learn the weapons how i did it I started at 2 gun and 2 weapons and then slowly work my way up till i got 4 guns and 4 weapons. Hopefully this might help you
@@transformerboy8898 The good old DMC3 days with the loadout system was a good workout until Style Switcher came around up to DMC4's level - so it's kind of productive to do it again especially DMC5 take on the loadout system. Kudos, a genuine good advice to give.

@@transformerboy8898 ive got it all down, and i can manage on the lower and slower difficulties. my brain just cant process the immense amount of options and inputs required to do them before i get cut in half lol

Despite dmc5s being entirely copy pasted onto dante and its little limitations, the fact the engine even allows something like that easily will always amaze me
Dmc5 Dantes gameplay is NOTHING like dmc4 Dante bro you did not play the game☠️☠️ dmc5 is far more "free" with his gameplay compared to the 4th game
@@E................. oh i agree there, 4s more feels like if anything incomplete, even if you consider the move set in it is based on vergils moves from 3 since before the SE vergil wasn't there yet, i was just more in awe that this mod in particular is well made but find it funny that they mostly likely just copy/pasted moves from vergil and the game doesn't at all feel like you're using a mod

Dante is unmotivated to wield the Katana that was from our father
Man Dante's Slash Dimension with Yamato in DMC4 was so dam cool, not to mention that "at least to me" the shotgun sounds worse in DMC 5 in contrast to DMC4 and prior. In the new one sounds like a fire cracker, while in the old ones it had that extra oomp and firepower.
Solid take, but I do disagree with the shotgun. But, it's not a bad thing. One sounds classic, while the other sounds more realistic.

The slash orb from DMC3 looks and sounds cooler with that deep bass it produces. Also the fact it's an orb gives a mystery to the power of Dark Slayer instead of just cuts.
Huge missed opportunity by Capcom to not copy-paste Yamato to Dante with the SE DLC!

Although Dante is a demon but at the same time he is human, you can see the wear and tear he has between DMC 4 and DMC 5 because, not being so fast, he tries to improve his technique with the sword and his demon skills so much that it takes less time than in deliveries. passed
Pretty sure he is stronger and faster in DMC5 compared to DMC4.

is it only me or Dante from DMC4 performs moves a bit quicker then the one from DMC5 ?
It does. But DMC4 has less frame for the initial attack when the DMC5 has an Start up animation for every attack. You can see how Dante in DMC5 use all the body to move more "Realistic" unlike DMC4 where the body is just changing for the specific movement frame and momentum to be correlated with the input.
The time between these two games just tells us that dante learnt how to fly.
But he could fly since he was 18? (DMC3)

i think dmc3 dante is cooler because that game looks awesome considering the times it was out, it has really nice animation for crappy graphics and silly story. it also has one of the most annoying ending bosses ever

I like that consitency of shotgun from the very start canonically (Dmc 3 , 2 or 1 depends on you what u want to next then 4 and 5)

In DMC4, it's called Gilgamesh, not Balrog. So. i think they're different weapons.
Yeah they are inherently different Gilgamesh was slow and had to charge to get max output where as balrog you either punch 10 times or slide your feet and call it a day

Dante in dmc 4 was pain in the ass ( fight with demon was difficult as nero could handle demons easily with devil bringer which dante doesn't have)
Which is funny to me since in dmc 4 story, Dante is made out to be over powered yet Nero seems so much stronger than him in gameplay.
Atleast in 5, Dante actually does feel like an unstoppable power house lol
@@Zephyr_frost17 yeah ...like I said... Demons were easy to kill using snatching and busting while dante could not do that...he had to struggle to kill them...demons were designed that way in dmc 4 ...
Because DMC 4 was designed around Nero and Dante seemed to be an afterthought.
Take Blitz for example. Even new players could handle it very easily as Nero with charge shot lvl 3 and buster. But as Dante, the fight was much trickier. Sure, veteran players could annihilate Blitz easily with Gilgamesh + Royal Guard, but I'm sure you get the point.
Dmc 4 looks so clean and good. Dante in dmc4 was so manly and charismatic when compared to dante of dmc5

@@MILDMONSTER1234 Young is stretching it. He's around 40 in Dmc 4 and 45 In Dmc 5. Nero in Dmc 4 is around 19 same age as Dante was in Dmc 3.
Trust me, it’s the outfit (I hate it as much as I hate the one from 3). I modded DMC4 Dante’s outfit on the Dante from 5 and trust me, he starts feeling much better than 4

The fact that Dante can use Yamato like any other weapon don't like too much.
The difference between Dante using it and Vergil, is that Dante isn't as skilled with it. He can only do the basic of attacks, where as Yamato knows it's capabilities in and out. It's literally Vergil's weapon.
Dante's only saw Vergil's skills and replicated them.
Dmc4 Dante was more badass than Dmc5 Dante..Voice, taunting, costume, DT design almost everything. Dmc5 Dante obviously has the better gameplay though.
Damn, for me is the totally opposite. For me dmc 5 dante is way better, mainly because of his personality, reminds me of him young (dmc3) but more mature, old and powerful.
