I've been playing the guitar for about 2 years now, at the age of 15. I fell in love with this piece about a year ago and I've practiced it for so long, over and over again. To this day it's safe to say that I've mastered it and I even added a few things of my own such as a smooth and pleasant transition from the first to the second part. I've only stumbled upon this video because I was curious to see how people play this beautiful piece and to get a better grasp of the uncountable ways you can play it.
I loved every second of it. Very smooth, not too fast as many people tend to do and the tutorial is really simple and easy to understand. I love what you're doing! I've used some of your tutorials to my advantage and learned a few new pieces from your tutorial! You're doing an amazing job, keep it up!

@@borison642 depends on your level in guitar itself, if you're a complete beginner then you wont be able to play it for a few months, if you're a intermediate beginner (have been playing for 6month-1year) you will learn it in 2-4 weeks, but will take a lot more time of practicing to master it. And if you're a player who has played longer then 1 year you wouldn't have asked this question.

Also I have to say,Im a player who has played guitar for more than 5 years, and Ive played this beautiful song before.
For anybody struggling with barre chords.... just stick at it! Your hands will get used to them faster than you think.
I was getting frustrated with it but persisted and can now play them without disrupting the flow of the piece.. not perfect but a mile better than before.

@@ebrahimhosseini685 suggest doing exercises every day where you gradually strengthen fretting fingers !
@@ebrahimhosseini685 Make sure your index finger is as straight as possible or even a tiny bit bent backwards, then set it on the fret board without changing it's shape. Now slightly push with your torso against the guitar and just try to hold your hand static against the pressure, while your right arm also slightly pushes against the guitar to keep it in place.
When I started my finger was only like 90% straight, because my hand was in the wrong position and I pinched with my index finger against my thumb, wich also hurt my thumb after a minute or so.
@@ebrahimhosseini685a good trick to getting barre chords without having to use so much pressure is to push the guitar with your forearm on your strumming hand, it’ll push the neck of the guitar towards your hand

Same here, still doesnt press hard enough to hear the right tones🙄
Try to change slowly and play all the parts slowly don't ruch, dont hit the notes until your fingers are placed correctly, and try to increase speed with time, you will see the results.
I've been playing this guitar since I was 7yrs old but I've never heard of Romance De Amor. The moment I listened to Romance De Amor I fell in love with it

@@VainCape DON´T GIVE UP, i struggled there too for a day but I got it. 3:10 it was also hard for me but I´m getting used to difficult chords, just keep practicing! You´ll get through it and it feels nice B)
I can tell you are an amazing teacher through all the work you put into your videos. If you have students, they are very lucky! I am one month into guitar lessons (one month trying to learn through youtube during quarantine) and this will be the first FULL piece I learn. (perfecting it is another story) Your tutorial have helped a lot. I am about 3/4th done and it has showed me much of the technique i need to work on. Keep up the amazing work!

thank you for posting all these comments and your videos, I have learned so much just watching. I'm practicing my harmonics. It's difficult to produce the sound on any string and fret, but with practice, it definitely starts sounding better and better. I used to think harmonics only involved playing any string at the 12th fret; however, it can be done anywhere; from what I've seen the pro's do.

Every song I learn just reminds me how much I hate barre chords haha!
I was the same but not anymore. I kept on practicing and at one point I suddenly realized I mastered barre chords a long time ago. If you keep on practicing you won’t even realize that you have grown I guess

The title is in portuguese, “story of love” is originally a Brazilian popular song with no autor. It was just polished and published.
