The home is actually really really nice. I like it. Just wish it was in a different location. Even if it were just one block to the west on the west side of Lincoln it would be much better. You are kinda right about most of Venice, especially anything on the east side of Lincoln being "ghetto". This home would be good for a single guy who is a MMA fighter or concealed carry permit holder. NOT a home/location for family with small children. It is significantly overpriced though. This home, this location, this market, it should be no more than $5m. Seeing that the dev bought it for a little over $2m, I see they are trying to make some profit out of it.
