What is the YOLO Economy? You only live once.

Ever heard of the YOLO economy? Yolo means "you only live once" and is a term that The New York Times used this year to talk about people who are deciding to leave work (with consolidated and well-paid careers) to pursue a dream: to open a hotel in the Caribbean, travel, start your own business and so on!
After all, you only live once, right? And the pandemic was there to open it up for us.
