They had 27 survivors after suzanna died. Then they had the Avalanche that killed 8 more people. Coco was one that died in the Avalanche, also the guy who was blind who had they bad teeth, the captain of the team, the lady who was married also died, ect. That was the wost part of the movie!. Then Numa was the last to died.
The problem with "Alive" is not that it's a movie with American actors, but that it doesn't reflect the real story because the script is very Hollywood-like. It changed several things, didn't have the approval of the majority of survivors or the families of the deceased, and focused too much on the morbidity of what they had to do. Bayona, the director of "The Snow Society," has another survival movie about a Spanish couple and their children, and it's shot with American actors, and that doesn't detract from its quality or credibility at all. It's not about who the movie is filmed with (unless the race, sex, or age of a character is changed without substantial reasons), but how the story is told.
The survivors are white, even if they're not from the USA. The actors are Argentineans and Uruguayans, Latin American countries with large white population.

Is not a remake, is a real story
It's more of an adaptation than a remake
Alive is not boring, it is a good movie, but it just tells what happened, society of the snow makes you feel like one of them, it is a great movie

I know they're white, I was referring to the fact that in Alive, they're American
