For sure. I was actually a bit sad when he died in WONY. He was such an enigmatic character who could see the big picture in crystal clear vision. Definitely psychopathic but really fascinating nonetheless.

I didn't feel bad about it one bit. More like the opposite, or felt great because after the ending of Div 1 you feel like he escapes between your fingers, when he's actually several steps ahead, as seen in WONY

From what I know he is one of the first wave agents to go rogue. I don’t think he is the first one of them.

@@RealOrochi350​​⁠ Keener is not a leader of all the rogue agents. Sure there were rogues he was commanding and there are some that still follow his ideals but there are many that have their own reasons including rogues who haven’t really done anything bad.
You can see this through one of the audio recording in TD2 about an agent getting marked rogue because they broke into a clinic and audio recordings in the first game by the Rogue Dispatcher.

​@breezywinter4646 I mean isac was faulty and marked the agent rogue but they weren't really A ROGUE agent it was all a terrible accident for that one however Keener had gone rogue on purpose
