I used to think of rogue agents as just bad guys and traitors back in Division 1, but the sequel definitely made me change my perspective on them as a faction. To be fair, they shouldn’t be considered a faction to begin with. They all have their motivations, and while some are definitely some a-holes who do deserve being blasted by a skill build, others aren’t that type of villain. Some are still genuinely good people, and honestly I don’t even think The Division is a good organization anyway
Question. When you’re in the DZ. what type of agent you think you are robbing and killing other agents to take back to HQ??? Something to think about?!.
*You Ever See a Jammer Pulse Skill Build Counter Disrupt a Hunter Into Hell? Id say go for a audition for the audio books for the division. You'll make a hit on that opportunity. Plus your wife can join in as a female agent with you being the male or for other characters
Ike Ronson's story is one of my favorite from The Division: Broken Dawn. Its also a very Important piece of The Division series Lore that reinforced my thought process that all Division Agents that go Rogue are not Traitors or bad people. Ike was a young agent who was used as a pawn. For those that dont know, this story is from the book The Division: Broken Dawn, which is a prequel to The Division 2. I recommend everyone read that book, it will give you a bigger understanding and insight into the Lore of The Division 2. Another amazing video NGN, you my friend are definitely the Division series Lore King.
I was just discussing Ike Ronson with my sister yesterday. Wake up this morning, and see this video pop up. Voodoo I hope you continue this when Heartland/ Div3 gets released.
Late comment but you what I think would be cool? If they made like a little spin off game where you played as a rogue agent. Where you started off playing loyal to the Division then something happens that made you choose to go rogue. I think that'd be fun
Finally a video on Ike Ronson! Been looking forward to this. When i read the book, at first I thought Ike was a sort of messed up guy, but after getting to the ending and spending more time viewing things from his perspective, my opinion on him really changed. He's a character with a lot of depth.
Im new to this side of the universe....had no fuckin idea there was a book...is this a real agent in the game? ive been missing out on sooooo much...help a fellow agent get informed
@@Vorzilla Nah, none of the characters in the book besides Alani Kelso, April Kelleher and Aaron Keener appear in game Im pretty sure. Also all 3 of their initials are A.K. Coinicidence? I THINK NOT!
New York Collapse was a birthday present to myself 2years ago, & with your videos on The Division lore, it really made for a great experience even when I didn't play much due to work.
This is one of my favorites that you've done so far. I'm always interested in the characters from the books and I'd like to see them somehow carried over into the games. And with your videos it feels like it's sort of happens a little bit. Another excellent entry my friend.
I love these videos so much I watch these videos while playing the division and omg it’s amazing just to think about how long the back story goes it’s truly amazing
All I want is YOU making some histories for the game and if we get Div3 one day, you should do all the lore in the game. Greetings from Mexicali, Baja California.
One thing i've always wondered about the underlying anti-virals plotline: Where does Survival fit into it? Back in Survival, our agent extracted some anti-virals from the Dark Zone, but we never really heard much more about them afterwards. Did they get shipped off to Ann Arbor? Were they confiscated by Black Tusk? Anyways, I wonder if this lore will be expanded upon when we get new content later on in the year.
I just brought both books looking forward to seeing another view on the division after playing the division games an encountering the echos and civilians Thank you for the insightful video is great to hear about things going on outside NYC AND DC 👏👏
i find it interesting that we went from an apocalypse situation in division 1. To a flat out civil war, i imagine their will be bigger sides once the smaller factions get swallowed up.
I really wish they would put out some more novels they really help set the mode for the game. Your videos are very good also and really make the game better I believe.
I definitely think you should make audio books man, find out what's the legality behind it ,I'm sure you'll get approved to do it! Now this story makes sense since I know you covered April's side of the story as well, loving the lore mate and I know those books have much more details for sure which should answer any questions, great video as always
It's funny, midway through your vid I was thinking you would be a perfect narrator for the novels and then you mention it at the end, you should look into it!!
@NGN you should do a big series. Including all the information you know about the division. From 1 into 2. the entire deal. Make it hours long if necessary. I would bet the way you edit videos like this... you would have MILLIONS of views and help the game. maybe contact devs etc for backstory. Ive been gaming since i was in high school in 91. Ive seen a lot in my time behind this keyboard. I really enjoy your content as many do. Keep it coming.
You know, I've been considering a round up of the two games...but a short version, perhaps leading into an extended version a little later on. Sadly I've have no luck with initiating any communication with the Devs, but I think I have enough to get started!
It would be so kewl if the red tape isnt to severe for you to be able to do audio readings of the books. I always hoped the game allowed us make the same kind of hard choices some of the rogues had to make. Like yes you can save a group of civilians, but at the cost of loosing a vital strategic target/item/intel, of which ita certain loosing this also also leads to loosing people, severly sets back operations or leaves an allied militia out in the cold. Though Im pretty sure Ubisoft never will make the game as dark as the lore actually is, with choices that really matter.
So NGN I'm assured you've seen the gameplay footage for Heartlands do you think it's going to revolve around the aforementioned fuel lines or some sort of supply chains? Either way I'm impressed you hit the nail on the head with the PvEvP concept, nice!
Ike Ronson (obivously BTSU) was responsible for the BTSU reaching out to Elis so Ike very likely survived and is a BTSU Agent as the btsu still got the intel that would explain why the btsu got the intel
NGN I'm waiting for ur theory on Division heartland after the leak especially ur previous vedios about the map all most identical to the leak .Silver creek I want to know about it
Please explain to me how turning rogue turns someone into an unstoppable bullet sponging killing machine? I have never beaten one, never survived contact with one and its ruining my game. So sick and tired of losing an entire haul of sealed caches.
When an agent goes rouge why is it their shd tech still works, if an agent goes rouge why doesn’t isaac shut down and stop the agents shd tech from working I’ve always found that interesting, especially when you go up against other rogue agents in those random encounters how are they using seeker mines and singer hives against you?
So is this a boss you get to find and fight? I wish bosses were more pronounced bc Ive blown entire groups away not knowing it was a boss crew...I didnt get to relish in the opportunity.

Please do this!
Just introduced my friend to your channel and he binged all of the division lore videos.
Like a good boy 😆

I want Lore Where a Division Agent Encounters a Hunter. (P.S That Agent CANT BE US).
Can't be the character the player creates, I presume
I realize it is quite off topic but do anybody know of a good site to stream new series online?
@Karsyn Mack lately I have been using Flixzone. Just google for it =)
@Gary Ali Yup, have been using flixzone for since april myself :)
@Gary Ali Thank you, signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :) Appreciate it !!

THE GREATEST DIVISION STORY TELLER HITS ANOTHER ONE OUT OF THE PARK!
New York Collapse was a birthday present to myself 2years ago, & with your videos on The Division lore, it really made for a great experience even when I didn't play much due to work.
Damn, I didn’t get to say “Good morning from the other of the world.”
Fellow agents of culture, again ISAC has brought us here. A toast to our honor 🥂
Please never stop your division videos!!! Probably the best videos on TH-cam for me.
Thanks mate, I'm glad you're enjoying them! 😊
@@NGN how else can I help you besides watch them over and over again?
Your kind words and viewership is MORE than enough!!

Hey thanks Heather! 😊
Took me a long time to get around to this one 😆 but it's a damn good story!
I love these videos so much I watch these videos while playing the division and omg it’s amazing just to think about how long the back story goes it’s truly amazing
Been waiting for this, the wait was worth it.
Well well well another BTSU member
Man I been listening to quite a few of you’re videos I need more lol frfr good stuff thanks a lot
Yes! Storry telling time.... Love all of your videos!
Oooohhh I read this book I'm so happy your covering ike
All I want is YOU making some histories for the game and if we get Div3 one day, you should do all the lore in the game. Greetings from Mexicali, Baja California.
Love your videos . Love what you are doing. Because of you I start playing division 2 again and I am having so much fun. Keep up the good work

ow sweet i get ngn on top of my regular 40k lore now if only that drill below me would stop
I move like the division agent, jtf like I was playing the division. Tom Clancy always the best militia and military novelist.
Broken Dawn was awesome. Thanks for the video!
I just brought both books looking forward to seeing another view on the division after playing the division games an encountering the echos and civilians
Thank you for the insightful video is great to hear about things going on outside NYC AND DC 👏👏
I get his reasons and wish the SHD had better plans. Great video
Amazing as always! Loved it! Maybe this story'll be important for Hartland?
Mr Siri , i love ur commitment to the franchise. Love listening to ur work and theories. Keep it up. U and family be safe. God bless.
great vid!
great job dude!

I can understand rogue agents but In that guy thats worried about putting what's left, or at least devoted to the mission, to bringing back the U.S.A.

Truth be told, I've actually tried my best to stay away from the leaks!
@@NGN You're a better man than me l just couldn't stay away lol! I'm just simply excited for further plot and storyline!
Trust me, it hasn't been easy haha

I love these videos !
Just ordered both books to read

Ike Ronson (obivously BTSU) was responsible for the BTSU reaching out to Elis so Ike very likely survived and is a BTSU Agent as the btsu still got the intel that would explain why the btsu got the intel
NGN if you can. Can you make a vid on the terrorist that we’re planning to blow up the bridge like what we’re their intentions and goals?
I have both books but I'm reading a survivalist series right now.
It’s time
You should check the legal things around the audiobook thing, I would totally lisyen to you talking about the div lore for hours on end..
CHEERS!
13:40 Can anyone tell me if it’s just those 2 books for the division story?
There is also one called "The World of Tom Clancy's The Division", and there are 3 comics.
However they are working on a third novel as we speak.
NGN I'm waiting for ur theory on Division heartland after the leak especially ur previous vedios about the map all most identical to the leak .Silver creek I want to know about it
Can u do a video on the rouge dispatcher
Really plan to get the broken dawn novel.
Interesting to get a Rogue side; but Rogue is Rogue, you get put down in the end.
Please explain to me how turning rogue turns someone into an unstoppable bullet sponging killing machine? I have never beaten one, never survived contact with one and its ruining my game. So sick and tired of losing an entire haul of sealed caches.

are the 3 agents in the trailer in the game?
My SHD agent story: Shot in the back in the DZ.
