When you "pick up the body" of the cultist. Isn't that a Harvest action that requires a Presence test by the model trying to harvest?

To my knowledge is it not, but Will may have addressed that at some point. It reads to me as just pick it up and bring it back, as opposed to him requesting cultist organs which would be a harvest action. But honestly idk
