Behind the old post office was the Shaking Bridge. It was beautiful back there. We stayed at The Doune House Bed and Breakfast nearly fifty years ago when we first came to Scotland as a new military family. Many years ago there was a huge infestation of hares. Some of them were huge! Loved our time there and after all this time I still miss it.
