Vancouver's Downtown Eastside nurses among 2023 Order of B.C. recipients

On this B.C. Day, more than a dozen British Columbians are being appointed to the Order of B.C. It's the province's highest form of recognition. Joel Ballard caught up with two recipients: a pair of nurses who dedicated their lives to serving others.
