I'm with you. I spend too much time getting all wound up about so many things out there that are out of my control and two things bring me back down to earth again. Good gentle music that can bring back good memories and walking in solitude right in there among nature. Even walking long distance along a country railway line with no traffic and no crowds of any sort is good for the soul.

The music of yesteryears are so nice to listen to. They touch the heart n souls of people. They were guided by angels from heaven. The so called modern songs are noise to the ears. They create tensions. It seems they are guided by spirits not identified wirh the holly one.
